So interesting! I love these doctors that are thinking outside of the box and looking for the roots of illnesses. The message seems to always be the same: The solution is not "the magical pill", but very basic: it's about going back to the basics: Diet, sleep, stress, etc.. The way we live is what kills us, but we have the power to make changes. We look at illness as a "tumor" to be extracted while it is an important invitation towards self-love (care).

I have found Dr Eric Westman helpful. I think that he lists everything that you are encouraged to eat on page 4 of his booklet that he provides for his patients.
The paradigm switch from fraud germ theorist to terrain theory has me seeing that even those who are unconventional and seem to seek after evidence based health you're still WAY away from understanding health and disease and doing a disservice to everyone seeking health.
