Thats not true at all trust me I don't even work for them but I can tell you 2 that I personally know thats been there for over 4 years if you can get a cdl and pass a d.o.t physical and drug test and don't have any felonies within the past 7 years they will take you color has nothing to do with it.

Most Hispanic culture is very family oriented so a lot of Hispanic men opt out of the job due to being away from family for so long. I love the Hispanic culture I wish more people where family oriented.
