►About the Game -
During very tough times of being lonely and depressed, you feel like you have nothing left to lose anymore... until a new friend comes along...
A game made by a 16 year old, inspired by a viral clip posted by Zach Hargadon of a sad claymation mouse eating M&M's alone, taken from the first episode Feeding Time of Creature Comforts.
In this narrative-driven game, you will explore themes such as solitude, redemption, hope, friendship, and finding comfort in the most unexpected companions.
Will you have the strength to confront your past and find peace in your wounded soul?

Life of a rat is way too short!!! Once I was honoured to have 2 most beautiful amazing intelligent cutest wonderful and good-hearted rats in my life, Tobby and Timmy. They stay in my heart forever! As all My Wonderful Animals! ❤

I used to have a pet rat like Remy (she was called Greebo) that would play fetch, sit next to me watching tv, eat popcorn, and walk on a leash. Amazing pets, I wonder if the dev has ratties?

I won't lie, after so many indie games like this I just knew after first paragraph of the tv report and guy drinking, him being guilty of this came naturally to me. But his coping mechanism was on another level and I really liked it, it was a very fresh view on the recurring theme.

The last line was nice. Remy, quite literally, really was the best friend the character could have imagined and held all the ideals of the perfect.... friendship(???) the character longed for. I appreciate that the setting was Canada. Videogames with a western setting are almost always America, and I sometimes feel like we're forgotten!

I got so much more wrapped up in this little game than I have with many others lately. It was a fresh take on a familiar theme for once, with jump scares that actually worked, and some surprisingly emotional moments. RIP Remy 💔 I hope this dev keeps at it!

This was great, loved that montage, so silly but so sweet and the horror elements worked really well too. It's the kind of story you see a lot in indie horror but they put a neat spin on it and those jumpscares were executed brilliantly.
