I've also been making a lot of changes over the last year; from full-time bartending, casually drinking every day, and a diet of mostly take-out / fast food, to a physically demanding early-riser job, drinking 2 or 3 times a week, and making almost every meal at home. The change in diet alone, as hard as it can be to grocery shop regularly and make time for cooking / prep, will work wonders for your mind, body, and energy. It ain't always easy, but it's ALWAYS worth it man. Trust.

Good luck. We humanoids don't change so much as grow. Be true to yourself, what you actually like to do, and eat. I got myself a bicycle. It's lovely BUT You'd be surprised how much exercise you get running around on an old atv chasing a dawg! So the bicycles better exercise, but stay in shape better running around on the ATV cuz I use it more! Just modify If you're eating that much junk as we sometimes do, then once the sodium goes you'll drop weight immediately You know you're a typical hockey player. We can't get them to pick up their goalie bags or skates sitting at the front door, but if the game was on the line? Lol! Be well
