The thing/error margin with these statistics is, you don't know how much of part of x spec played is due to it being better than the rest and/or just people liking and thus sticking with the spec they love/like/used to be playing anyway.
I think they should bring brew out as a glass cannon. They never can get the tuning of stagger right for raid vs keys, so give people a reason to play Brew. If they can't stay alive on those bigger pulls, then up their dps so they can help kill the smaller pulls faster. Plus the Brew mains will have a fun reward for playing it (im a bear tank main btw.)
ah the fake "Meta" discussions again. I'm just over 3k on both my warrior and paladin. I have way more consistent runs on the warrior than the paladin as a tank. Do we have "meta" comps? Of course we do at this LEVEL. Sadly the same comps for the general player base say 1500-2500 just doesn't matter as the random groups that try to build these combinations end up not knowing how to do the runs around it.
Yeah it's way easier to deal with the nasty Despoilers/ Flame Giants tankbusters with the prot warrior, just spell reflect, while the prot pally has to do magic tricks to survive them. I think that played perfectly the prot pally may be better though, with all the extra group healing and utility it provides, and the Prot warrior is boring in comparison.
@@VDHmain hmm all defensives on the paladin are % based which means they can mitigate anything, im at 2,8k so im no expert on this season yet but if you do good gameplay you cant get oneshot. the dangerous things are when you run on your horse without a defensive.
Exactly my thoughts, and you still have to run a dps shaman for utility, stops and interrupts with disc. Restosham works with every single comp, disc only works with prot pally and dps sham already in the group.
@speaknoevil7697 as single dps spec no that's not acceptable. Being so low is just not ok. Middle of the pack atleast is how it should be when you only have 1 dps spec.

Why people don't want protection Warrior now ? If the user pally is not good constantly wipe the group but with Warrior prot is like a stone much much better than the rest of the tanks, and btw Blizzard still doing the same s... As always if mage priest paladins are not good enought them buff all those clases like crazy for be the actual meta
@@speaknoevil7697 thats not the point everyone can brez now with the new ítems can do some healling to the group yeah prob but the Main problem here is that Blizzard do so unbalance some clases than the others so Warrior as dps was nerf like 6 weeks until now and now the spec than allows to gear up and push for io is also affected by this insane chances so or the new group of devs since DF. want that always the people play the same classes every single season and expansion or don't what the f... Are thinking
@@MYPECOV4Media prot paladin was almost impossible to play in a pug, it needed buffs. Even if they nerf damage the toolkit will keep it relevant. Warriors don't bring anything. If war and pala did the same damage pala is still 5x as good. Even if war has brez pala is still better
Pretty sure the DPS is not changing as much because they tend to have a less prepared wide range of alts than healers and tanks. They might have a couple but it's probably not the ones that are emerging, like Survival. Also, the skill transfer between specs is much less drastic with healers and tanks, it's easier to adapt to a new healer or tank spec overall. Healers and tanks are usually much more familiar with other specs, especially since they are way less in quantity when comparing to dps specs.
617 resto druid clearing 8’s and feeling relatively good. Tested some 9’s but don’t feel that confident so thinking I’ll gear up a bit more before pushing but overall I enjoy resto
Only burst aoe, i.e in cds. Outside of that one situation ele is lower mid. In ST ele is absolute dog water. Look up mythic logs for any ST fight. For nexus princess, ele is last in dps by 20000 dps and by even more the lower you go in percentile.
@ Obviously we are talking about M+, nobody really cares about mythic raiding except for streamers and 5 guilds that race. In M+, Ele is doing way too much damage. I don’t know how anyone can argue otherwise.
@ “burst AoE” is the only thing that matters in mythic+ for overall. every single spec is designed to be a 45/1.5 min spec for mythic+ the only reason you don’t see as many Ele is because everyone is using a Resto but they are by far the strongest dps spec at the moment.
@@MikeyJ232who the hell are you playing with. Enhance, surv hunter, ret, aug, ass rogue, frost/unholy dk and havoc are all higher dps. All are way better in st, but in burst aoe ele may pass them, but ele should not beat any of those specs in overall.
Nerf enhancer, nerf dks survivabiluty, they can skip like every mechanic and die . Its just absurd now. Also Its so obvious why Rshamabs are Meta with the amount of shit to dungeons.

When you have large group of paladin players you can cry on the forum and the devs will really make changes based on that. When balance is not based on numbers and statistics but “feelings” , this is what we got. And this is what blizzard has become. A pink rainbow 🌈 woke joke.
