I never comment on any of the monkey videos because I dont want to help the VO's that abuse, chase and stress out all the monkeys. But after watching you fir a few months I really appreciate how you for the most part dont interfere with them and if you do it's just to help. I had stopped watching the wicked Vo's in Cambodia, one showed up ,started watching, at first thought it was the one I watch from WLA. I LEFT Thumbs down , it is fake and harmful to mom's and babies ,I can really see right thew them now. I love Arroz, and Vermont monkeys.

I know. It’s so sad. She has no social interaction at all except for with her food stealing mom and sister! It seems anytime she does get away she is foraging. She never looks like the rest of the babies her age, playing happily and running up the branches of trees and swinging on them upside down. Her whole life is consumed with food.
Mr. Marsico, I never thought Tiny's behavior was based on anyting you have done. Whatever Tinys behavior may suggest to some viewers, I for one think you are very very special.
I just want to thank you for providing these clips of the monkeys. I LOVE any kind of simian/primate. And Especially during these difficult times the world has been going through as if lately, watching these videos seems to be a balm for me.
This is great news. It truly infuriates me when tina steals her food. She forages more than any other baby I've ever seen why should her mother reap what she sows. I realize there is rank among them and even with babies but teeny isn't a wee one anymore she's growing and needs this especially with new baby coming. She has to bulk up now before next winter.
Em I don’t think you two are in disagreement. She was just stating an opinion. I hated to see the behavior as well. I still like Tina but not the behavior. And Gypsy gets a bad rap but she has good qualities too. Stay well.
@@kkossor3046 I agree with you about both Tina and Gypsy, and since you mentioned Gypsy I'll share an idea that popped into my head the other day. I wonder if she could possibly suffer from postpartum depression? Could that be why she's so non-maternal? Not sure at all this is the case and I don't even know if such a thing exists in macaques but they seem to share some other human pathologies so maybe it's possible? At any rate, I thought I'd look for signs to prove or disprove this theory with Gypsy's next baby. Speaking of that, I can't wait for baby season to begin, it's such a fun time on this channel! Especially since we now have reason to hope Tina's new baby might not suffer as Teeny has. So glad Arroz has recruited some daily feeders to help Teeny and Tina. Love this man and his kind heart!

Great word to describe her, she certainly is scrappy! She may be teeny tiny and therefore more vulnerable and fragile than others her age, but she's also a tough little badass. I need an emoji of a baby monkey wearing a leather jacket 🐒😂❤️

Teeny is so little she makes the leaves look prehistoric. Sweet little baby. Hard not to burst into tears at the ending. Between the pandemic, protesting and work my nerves are raw. Thank you dearest Arroz for looking out for little Teeny. Love to you all. :')

I think because Teeny is so little that her tummy can't hold a lot of food at once. I know she needs to swallow her food not to get raided but I don't think she can. As she eats and grows she will probably be able to hold more. If she isn't injured the rain will aggravate injuries and joints. So proud of Teeny, you go girl!

That's great Arroz ! Last week I was somewhat wondering if Tina was becoming cannibalistic .The way she kept licking on her head and biting on it. Maybe the new plan will kick in soon. I was wondering why we never see babysitters offering to babysit Teeny like we did with Knotty?

So cool to see her eating habits improove she is awesome. Even tho I see no food to be had. She managed to fill her pouches once eat half of it and keep collecting and swallowing thru the whole video with her pouches half full the whole time it seemed. So that is great to see she is retaining more food. Love be u little girl
I wish there was some way to help this sweet, little girl. She tries so hard and forages every chance she gets, but she still looks malnourished and worn. If only there were more natural resources available.
I find it so “o gosh darn cute and insulin-squirting sweet” how immediatelly upon arrival they proceeded to report to you, making sure they’re being spotted and acknowledge they’re ready to receie a small portion of absolutely everything you’re willing to give
I wonder if there is a such thing as dwarfism in Macaques. I tried google but had no luck finding anything. Teeny does appear to be filling out a bit still she is so tiny in other respects.
Well... he did have an umbrella over himself & the camera - that’s why the rain was so loud. The entire video has that distinctly unmistakable sound of raindrop noise being amplified as they smack into the top/dome of every umbrella/waterproof tent ever made! LOL ;)

I know this happens a lot but sad when all Teeny does is looks for food, never playing or socializing with the other kids. All that hard work for nothing.
Not for nothing... she’s alive. 🤷♀️ It may not seem like much of a “life” right now, but she has to live through this stage to get to the better parts. She’s doing what she can & she’s making it. It’s not for nothing. Nothing we (people, animals, plants, etc.) do is for “nothing”. It all serves a purpose - whether that purpose means something to everyone/someone else is completely irrelevant. 😊
What is it that she is finding on the street and picking up to eat, besides the couple bigger chunks she found along the side. It’s in the middle of street I’m curious, she keeps licking up something, but what?

I think she's picking/licking up crumbs. In a past video when she was doing the same thing Arroz said these monkeys have better vision than we do. Teeny appears to pick up literally everything she can find to eat down to the smallest crumbs. BTW Arroz also recently said they have better hearing than us too.
Yes, that's a point I always forget. This all had happened. I think Arroz has got so much video material and less time to work on it. JW, another YT channel, has got more actual stuff from Monkey Hill...
Vanessa G Arroz has a steady job during the week and is only able to film on the weekends. I honestly don’t know how he squeezes in the time to so masterfully edit the videos. So maybe you could cut him some slack for what he does for us.. for free. Yes, he makes a small stipend from the ads but only makes enough to have a somewhat decent meal out. The cost of living in Hong Kong is astronomical. I remember hearing an American couple talking about having a meal at a Mexican Restaurant (a step above Taco Bell) and paid $70 American Dollars for 2 Burritos and some Beans! LOL So, he may be behind but it’s ok by me. The quality is worth it.

This with Tenny does get me and what your viewers don't understand MONKEYS DON'T MAKE GOOD PETS UNLESS THEY HAVE A FOREST IN THEIR BACK YARD AND WANT TO HAVE THEIR OWN TROOP!!!!! I am thankful for this as a means to the end.
It sickin's me and breaks my heart for that baby that she is the only baby out anywhere searching for her own survival in cold ass pouring down water getting soaked to her little bones while her bitch mom stands in the back drop (probably out of the rain) waiting for that baby to finish and get it all for HER LUNCH ! ....when really that poor little baby 😢 girl should be where most all the baby's are ...tucked deep into mom's chest sheltered from the rain BY MOM where it's dry, cozy and warm 😢😠!!!
Teeny is such a badass lil trooper and one hell of a foraging lil monkey. Tiny was pretty lick ass, but I dont think he needed it quite as bad as Teeny has. They both have worked hard right through their childhood and dont play like the other babies;

Can feeders plan miniature size small disposable cups or bottles filled with liquid form protein shake, whc can be handed over to little angle teeny and the little princess teeny can immediately gulp it down to fill her tummy. Little darling teeny need not waste time in chewing or swallowing. Protein shakes can do wonders for growth off little baby teeny on daily basis if provided to her. God bless you arroz. Teeny’s fingers are so curved. That and her feet seemed curved too. Actually her whole body seems kinda idk contacted, almost like she is hunching over, and hoping along instead of arms and legs stretched out walking. Is she always like that? Or is it maybe because of the rain and the cold.
The more that I watch Teeny, the more I'm convinced that she is nursing or favoring her left arm! Was it Teeny's left arm that was injured recently? I truly wish her the BEST!
Is she overusing it or the vids are out of order? She went from painful to use to not painful to use back to bothering her to use. And he made a pointed reference to something that happened in the last Teeny vid which was odd. He's six weeks behind, so the Teeny situation is resolved. He's having to set the narrative, with film backup, for however this is going to end. Arroz meant for us to like the monkeys.

Teeny has become my favorite after watching her vidoes. Dopey, Kody, Knotty and a few others are my top babies too. Teeny is so smart. I LOVE THAT BABY GIRL!

The sheer determination of this little monkey to live is just heart warming. Her mum Tina can't produce enough milk then when Teeny gets a meal for herself her mom steals it from her pouches. Teeny definitely wants to live. Nothing will stop her.
I know these are old but it's inspiring an sad watching little one. He really goes for his food to survive. To gave it took by his mom. If their was one that deserves nice things or at least a break from picking crumbs too survive it's that baby
