I haven't gotten much done as far as projects go, so I thought it might be nice to share what a night at my cabin looks like for all those who've had their concerns. I've had kind of a slow week; friends have been up to the cabin, I've been running errands, working, etc. All in all, it's been pretty nice.

What kind of van do you have/how much did it cost/how many miles did it have on it when you bought it?
My van is a 2001 Ford Econoline E250 that I found via Craigslist, I bought it with 67k miles on it - it was listed for $3000, but I got them down to $2400.

One of the interesting things about vids like this, is that i now know that this kind hearted person is out there living a peaceful life in the woods, saving mice and birds and likely anything else that crosses her path, and somehow the world seems like a slightly better place because of it.

As a woman of many years experience, Do Not ever let fear rule your life. I traveled alone on vacation for over 40+ years, using common sense and had not one bad experience but a life of adventures. Given the world we live in, rather than worry about what might happen, have a plan so you won't freeze in the moment, then enjoy life. Thank you for making a point to put out your camp fire before going inside. [I live in CA now, but it's important anywhere. Love that you're sharing your new adventure.

This Cherry person who harasses Isabel missed this very point. While she was busy judging Isabel for not disclosing certain information about her videos and that they weren't "real" according to her, I told her that the point of most people watching these videos is often to escape the stress or reality and our everyday lives. That's why comment sections "for the most part" on these videos are friendly. It's a sort of community of like-minded people looking for something a bit more pure to cling to so as to relieve us of our stresses. It's also a lot of people's dream to live like Hannah and Isabel do. I know I'm grateful to have videos and ladies like this to keep my spirits up. I only hope their spirits are as lifted by knowing they help so many.

I went from the "tiny house" side of youtube into the "living in my car/living in a van" rabbit hole and found you through that. I'm honestly so glad I did, because your videos are exactly the relaxing content I need to watch right now. I've been struggling with the stress of living during the time of COVID 19, and all my personal anxieties compounding on top of that, and your videos have been an absolute breath of fresh air. I don't typically subscribe to the content creators I find because I like to stay as up to date as possible with them and it can be overwhelming if there are too many. It means I have to pick and choose very carefully who's journeys I'm invested in and want to interact with the most. Subscribing to your channel was an absolute no brainer. I'm so excited to watch you tackle this new adventure. Restoring and making your cabins your own, and sculpting the land into something that will suit your needs and wants. This is the dream and your energy and pure soul are just absolutely captivating to watch -- thank you for allowing us a window into your life.

Covid-19 also took me from the flashy traveling vlog side of RU-vid to the much more simpler side that would be tiny houses, living in a bus and cabin living. One this about this pandemic is that it taught us life is short and enjoy it the best way you can and the simpler the better.

I just watched your entire "cabin life" playlist and you inspire me so much. You're just so independent yet curious but not ignorant. The fact that you just 'do' instead of dream is so amazing to me. Im always so caught up on waiting for permission or acceptance that I forget I can actually just do things. Right now im trying to graduate early and it seems like everyones holding me back but thats because I let them and I let myself think I cant actually achieve my goals without other peoples permission to do things in order to get to my goal(if that makes sense lol). Ive been watching youtubers like you, Jonna Jinton, Jisca, Hailey Haugen etc; just living the dream and just 'doing' you know. I always dream of that tranquility and calm of living in a house in the middle of a forest or beautiful land in Norway or that mountain life with my garden and farm animals roaming my land. After watching youtubers like you ive realized that this IS possible.

I'd definitely recommend learning some basic animal "rescue" things now that you're so surrounded with animals! I taught myself what the best way to help a shook bird recover is, what to do / not to do with baby birds, when to go to the veterinarian, what to feed and what not, and much more interesting topics that might come in handy! It's not only really helpful, but also super interesting to learn. We carry a little emergency box containing some different foods, water, towels, tissues etc incase accidents happen. really useful!

Yay Hannah for rescuing the bird! For anyone else reading this, if you ever find a bird that has flown into a window, the first thing you need to do is rest them right side up in a quiet calm place. If you leave them upside down, their brain and body can apparently get disoriented and they’ll die. They have a much bigger chance at survive if you ensure they rest right side up! 💛

miss hannah, i just want to say that this video reminded me that when i was a child, i burned my foot on the brick firepit we had while i was distracted throwing newspaper into the fire. and older now, ive done the same putting logs and twigs into my bonfires, this time a decade of maturity added on. still, id made the same mistake, because what ive lived has a place, and i honor that girl in me through being careful and doing what makes me happy, messing around with the fire or just enjoying the bonfire without. looking back at your old videos im reminded too of how much you have grown, and not that it matters from a stranger, but im incredibly proud of you ( and how u honor both the person you are and the person you've been ). in you is a joy in creating around you. whether it be fitting a van, twisting in stringlights in your cabin, or designing and executing a brige at your homestead. but i would caution being careful with your monetization because its so intertwined with you just being you, that now you may feel pressure to be you n it could cause you fr stress, youre a creator first. its beautiful seeing your journey through that and everywhere it has and will take you, even though its through the bs of youtube

Animals use their intuition all the time and are very aware of it and open with it. Those people that have spent time developing their own intuition can form a bond with the animal that involves the transmission of feelings, intentions, thoughts, mental images, emotions, sensations, and pure knowing. UCLA researchers have published a Cell study showing that the brains of pairs of animals synchronize during social situations. The synchronized activity not only arose during various types of social behavior, but also the level of synchronization actually predicted how the animals would interact.

Or when dogs can predict when a child will have an epileptic seizure, a new study has revealed. Humans use the sixth sense, like when you have a feeling someone is about to call you. Or how people sense something has gone wrong with a close friend or family member.
