Amaravati won’t develop fast…. Since it will take more time around 20 years to start… until stable govt operative… even few people may think negative about me but that true … Even same kind of hipe in 2015 also but… every one lost their money even many of my friends too… And the cost of polt in Amaravati is equal to price in Hyderabad… Better yo invest in Hyderabad since it’s already developed. Even if the city expiation also stops you will be near by Capital city… you won’t even feel bad when compared to Amaravati

My best wishes to Amravati but implementation is not easy. Master plans , media hype & brochures are easy. It takes decades , few lakhs of crores investment & 4-5 lakhs of jobs for a city to become top 20 in India. With rates they are asking now it will take many years to even see minimum resuls. Invest in index mutual fund for better returns.
