@@user-rm8by9fm Not that they're doing it for marathons but it's like any other fracture. With good physiotherapy (just like with regular leg fractures) you rebuild the muscle in the legs and you can walk and run again. Power returns shortly

A cheaper and less painful way to gain a few centimetres is to work on posture. You probably already have a good posture. Personally my height vary from 1.78 to 1.80 depending on how I stand.

@@user-ry6uw9rk1eI am 6’3 and I agree… This height really helps me with women. I’d say 6’2-6’4 is ideal tho (and I’m taking legit barefoot heights…a legit 6’2 is really good and solidly tall so I think it deserves to be included in the range). I’d say taller than 6’5 is potentially starting to get too tall and you don’t really get any height benefits! Height really does peak at 6’2-6’4 imo… Tho it’s still pretty good at 6’1 and 6’0 to a lesser degree.

Him going for 6’3 is too much… I think a more realistic and better option IMO is to do 3 inches to get to 6’0 which is very respectable and still good…significantly better on his bones too. And at 6’0, he could wear a small lift+boots to look 6’1.

I suppose to get tall? I mean that’s fine, but IMO… I think that this surgery is better for those who are short than those who are average and trying to be tall! I’m 6’3 and have been through all the heights up until 6’3… And I can tell you, being short is a MUCH worse disadvantage than being tall is an advantage if you get me? Like say going from 5’5-5’10…5 inches and you go from shirt to average…literally a life changing difference! Now let’s go from 5’10-6’3, also 5 inches and from average to Tall… Definitely a big difference but nowhere near the former one! In a dating context, someone who’s 5’9-5’10 could definitely have a much better time than I do if they have other things going for them (especially if they’re good looking) and I’ve seen it happen IRL many times… You definitely can’t say that at ALL for a 5’5 guy tho…they’re mostly screwed in dating even if they have everything else right! Bring an average looking 6’3 guy and a good looking 5’10 guy…there will be many girls who will easily pick the 5’10 guy over the 6’3 guy and like I said, seen it happen a lot. Average looking 5’10 guy and a good looking 5’5 guy? Not the same at all…most girls will definitely pick the 5’10 guy over the 5’5 guy because 5’5 is too short.

Possible in theory but IMO it’s too much! I find that at 1.77m, height discrimination start to significantly get lower and height becomes no longer a problem (could also be at 1.75m or at 1.80m depending on where you live)… I think for you, getting to 1.80m is a very good and realistic option! And on top of that…you could wear slightly bigger shoes and add a little insole to make you look 1.82-1.83m!

Some people are really affected by the problem of height some people who are really sensitive and there are suffering too much for their height and for not having love and be judged by anybody because of their heights

Say that to the girls who used KG of make up and filters, get nose jobs, breast implants, etc. Blame them too!

i've learned that LL is a personal choice. When I was a patient, I saw people there who started out at 183cm!

At 190cm wtf 😂? Bro your height is golden! I’m 191cm myself and don’t really want to be any taller (I guess maybe 1cm to be 192cm but not a lot)! Even in Netherlands, your height is good… Perfect height there is probably like 193-196cm I’m guessing? I once tried out big lifts+ elevator shoes just for fun in a nightclub that gave me 8cm (but since everyone wears shoes…my perceived height is more like 5-6cm more than I am…so I looked like a 196-197cm barefoot guy), I felt WAY too tall! And made absolutely 0 difference when it came to getting women! Heck Infact, some thought that I was too tall for them! I’d say the benefits of height start to diminish at around 185cm and stop after 193cm or so (might even start to get negative with some women)… This is probably different in The Netherlands tho. But if you really want to do this surgery so badly…only aim for 195cm and nothing more, No need to get to 197cm+ IMO this is how I view it: In Asia: 183-188cm is ideal In Most Western Countries: 188-193cm is ideal In Netherlands: Maybe 193-198cm is ideal?
