I've noticed that in many instances, when a litigant says "Huh?" or "What?" when JM asks a question, it's not because they didn't understand her. It's because they're lying. This man did exactly that.

There are 4 basic court cases, reclaiming borrowed money, cell phone disasters, vet bills, and wronged roommates...

JM has more patience then I would have when she asks a simple question and the litigants use 50 words when 5 would suffice. They act like they are trying out for a part, it is so irritating!

Agree through the years Judge Marilyn Milan has graced us with incredible hair colors to styles/. But more important she is very intelligent and knows how to see through evil letigants and schools them. She gets very emotional with cases that people are just mean to the other. I love it when letigants come into the court admitting to a crime! She then lets them know that a tape of the show will go through their local police authority. Too funny when it is the Petitioner coming to court with a case that the defendant has wronged them! She gets to mean when she reads their text messages, calls someone or answers the calls coming!
