I would pick property 5. Location being close to the beach, 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor, just needed a little update to mordenise it like property two and it would be perfect.
It's interesting to watch these programme and enjoy seeing the different areas. It always seems though with any real estate negotiations, that when people are wanting to purchase a property, they expect the seller to drop their price to fund the expenses/ wish-lists of the buyer.
