Helen's Sausage house located 4866 N. Dupont Hwy in Smyrna, De is your locals favorite breakfast shop. In the middle of nowhere this place can be easily missed. Opening at 4am this shop gets busy and from what I've been told sells out by 10am on a regular basis. A great no frills, good ole breakfast shop in the neighborhood. This one has my full attention. “A Gamechanger” for sure! Thank you, for sharing. Breakfast is my favorite meal! I love it all when it comes to breakfast: Eggs, grits, sausage, scrapple, bacon, creamed chopped beef, etc. I definitely want to go by there!

How did I miss this?! I live about 25 min from here in Delaware..lol it's pronounced Smirna..but spelled Smyrna..just like Georgia..At Helens when they sell out then they close..its def delicious ..you should try another place more north called Ioannoni's. It's in New Castle Delaware off Rt 141. The BEST Broccoli Rabe & Roast Pork..even their cheesesteaks are delicious and Gravy Fries. Try it. They are huge too!

I luv Helens!! Their home fries are something else and is that Smyrna?! I thought it was Townsend.. I was raised on Helens, my family lives not to far from Helens. I am so glad y’all enjoyed it!!

Been there. The sign outside pretty much says it all. The sausage is the star of this restaurant. They also have hot links, hot dogs, and fried bologna…. This place can easily be seen driving south. But can be missed in a blink driving north if you’re not using your gps. I’ve missed stopping at this place way too many times heading back from Delaware.

Much respect JL you're in my neck of the woods. Helen's is a legendary establishment. Definitely a local spot but their rep carries across state lines. You must have got there early cuz they will sell out and close the door on you. Keep doing an awesome job giving those great reviews. Looking forward to your next video
