NOOO but how will people know that I'm better than them????? I won't stoop to their level to win, even if it's the objective of the game to use the most optimal tactics the designers put in the game. I'm playing for my ego and honor. Not for your silly cheap wins and trophies and prizes money.
Not really, no. Drive Rush and Wild Assaults are system mechanics yet not all characters have an equally good version of those. Blue WA is useful but is nowhere near as good as Red, and White is Blue but just better, much better. Manon's drive rush being ass is one of the reason she sucks. Characters in Strive that can wallbreak from any hit anywhere anytime are getting carried by system mechanics because they have positive bonus every round, and tanky characters are garanteed like 70% burst and 50% meter per round minimum even if all they do is getting mauled, much more if its the usual back and forth.
i love guilty gear!!!!!! i love it so much!!!!!!!!! it genuinely makes me really happy it's my favorite fighting game!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!
Sajam and the commentators kept on calling the Goldlewis player "Red", but his name is "Red I am Not". He is not Red. Do these commentators even play the game?
The change happened a while ago, but I'm surprised I haven't seen more people talk about how much the removal of weight classes helped Sol in this game. Before the change, every tournament I'd see Sol players drop combos because they chose the wrong route for their opponent's weight class, because Sol had 9000 different route variations depending on distance from the corner and character weight. And because every route ended with a whiffed HVV, they'd explode for dropping the combo. Obviously the change helps consistency for every character, but Sol always had way more routes for max damage than other characters.
They really out here providing the players with aquafina the absolutely vile water-adjacent product. Dasani is also in the same boat. These liquids are not legally water.
Tempest is just the Kendrick Lamar of GGST, Completely goated, he should start playing competitive Street Fighter 6 too, no doubt he’ll also dominate in that game too
@@beansoclock8748 100%! It’s hard not to root for her. For a long time I wouldn’t root for HC players just on principle but even back then I’d be happy when she won
Lethal Tempo sounds like a rhythm game and kinda already sounds like lethal league. It's also kinda cringe considering Lethal Tempo isn't even in league anymore. If we're going to call it after a league rune, Fervor of Battle would at least fit better (yes I know that was a mastery, shut up)
@@davidsphere43 tbh it just sounds so much better, the only problem with that name is that it doesnt make sense like you get the correlation of 2xko and the game itself but project L? what does the L even mean lol
I think Goldlewis would be literally unplayable without 2p. It's the only defensive tool he has. Remember in season one when it was 6 frames so he could get frametraped by throws on wakeup?
You know... when Aboi won on the end I was happy because of that exact moment before, countering the Pot butt with 2P was nonsense, I got hard countered so many times by it when trying to do ANYTHING that watching Goldlwis just hit 2P and counter it gave me scream ROBBERY!
Punk said that about either Noah or paladin mashing on defense. I can't remember which. I don't know if that's who u are talking about, but that happened for sure.
