Great work 10 Million Names and American Ancestors! This is an incredible project that will help us discover who we are and more deeply understand the sacrifices made by our ancestors. I look forward to seeing you at RootsTech 2024 in SLC!

I AM RELATED TO MOST OF THE PRESIDENTS. I HAVE SOME OF MY AMERICAN INDIAN IN BOTH SIDES. I TRACED IT BACK TO POCAHONTAS AND THE CHIEF HER FATHER WERE IN MY GREAT GRANDPARENTS.
I FOUND SOME OF MY RELATIVES WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO COME OVER, AND GOT CAUGHT UP WITH WHOEVER WAS THE BOAT OWNER. THEY PAID THEIR WAY, THEN WENT THROUGH AUSTRALIA AND THEY WERE TOLD THEY HAD TO PAY MORE NOW TO GO TO AMERICA. THEY CHANGED IT, SO SOME HAD TO WORK FOR THE ONE WHO OWNED THE BOAT WHEN THEY HIT LAND, SOME FOR 3 YEARS OR MORE AND WERE SEPARATED FROM THEIR FAMILIES.
