He alone drives bus collect money.Payment is through coins , people enter through front and exit from there. In India ksrtc has driver and conductor. Pvt buses has a kili also.

@@Bluebear20003 Yes bro I agree. The salary is huge in US. In India you can afford 2 employees with 1/5 the salary. So no point in comparing. But I would rather love that govt focus of quality and good customer experience. I was quite surprised when I walked in to SBI recently on my visit to India that the manager is very young person and he is willing to go to any lengths to make you feel comfortable. I had some issues with reactivating my online account, changing my phone number, starting a mutual fund account etc. He was really accommodating. I can see most banks now hire young people as managers who are extremely friendly and problem solvers.But have to tell you that the older employees who work mostly as tellers were not that friendly.

U are partially true,... For example developed countries reduced attractive incentives to thier employee's even before decades like they have started contributory pension,.. Less salary than private employees,... Etc if salary and pension is less attractive best people never select government job they automatically go for private job with good salary pension and insurance,... They have nearly 100 % people have pension and insurance even you are on private sector or public sector,... They are not getting employees government job... Its that much non incentivised,... In india all the good perks are only goes to government jobs,.. The solution is reduce percentage of employees and promoting private sector to create more jobs

Peanuts turned into almonds and cashews... hard work only increased..in between has been jobless for many months... zero income days.. Well, I could still be earning peanuts and complaining about my work...Some thousands can replace me in that job... No one forced me to continue in any job .. So i chose the path which suits me.. and I have no guarantee whether my job will be there next month, No Pension or PF.. No complaints.. so are millions of people like me

കുറച്ച് പേര് താങ്കളെ പോലെ over time extra time ഒക്കെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടാകും. പക്ഷേ എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിട്ട് ഉള്ള അനുഭവങ്ങൾ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും മറിച്ചാണ്. 4 മണിക്ക് പോയാൽ ആൾ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. ഫയലുകൾ നോക്കി തീരുമാനം എടുക്കാൻ ധൈര്യമോ അറിവോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആൾക്കാർ ആണ് കുറെ എണ്ണം.

അങ്ങനെ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത് തെറ്റാണ് എന്നാണ് എൻ്റെ അഭിപ്രായം. സാമ്പത്തികമായി താഴെ ഇരിക്കുന്നവനെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ആണ് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ്. പിന്നെ നല്ല വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ഉള്ള താഴെത്തട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള ആൾക്കാരെ സഹായിക്കാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ വെറുതെ ശമ്പളം അല്ല കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത്. അവരെ ഒരു തൊഴിൽ ദാതാവ് ആയി പൊക്കി കൊണ്ടുവരണം. അതിനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടുവരണം. ഒരാള് 2 പേർക്ക് തൊഴിൽ കൊടുക്കും എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കിയാൽ തന്നെ എത്രപേർക്ക് ജോലിയായി.

@@menons1989 തീർച്ചയായിട്ടും താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞതിനോട് ഞാൻ യോജിക്കുന്നു. 2024 നിന്ന് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അതുതന്നെയാണ് ഏറ്റവും അനുയോജ്യമായ മോഡൽ. എന്നൽ 1960ൽ ഈ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസമോ invest ചെയ്യാൻ capital ഉം ഉള്ള അതികം ആരും തന്നെ നമ്മുടെ ദേശത്തിൽ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു എന്നുള്ളതാണ് വാസ്തവം. ഇന്ന് നമുക്ക് അതിനുള്ള ശേഷിയുണ്ട്. അതിന് വല്യ ഒരു കാരണം സർകാർ ജോലികൾ തന്നെയാണ്.

@@menons1989 സുഹൃത്തേ താങ്കൾ സംസാരിക്കുന്നത് economic growthനേ പറ്റിയാണ് എന്നാല് 1990s വരെ നമ്മുടെ സർകാർ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കൊടുത്തത് economic developmentനാണ് (അതായത് ക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികൾ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ആരോഗ്യം etc.). സാമ്പത്തികമായി ഒരുപാട് വേർതിരിവുള്ള ഒരു ജനതക്കിടെയിലേക്ക് Nehruvian Socialist Principles ഉപയോഗിച്ച് financial redistribution നടത്തി. അതിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് ധാരാളം പൊതുമേഖല സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയതും അതിനോടൊപ്പം സർകാർ ജോലികൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തത്. പുതിയതായി സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം നേടി രൂപീകരിക്കപെട്ട ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന് അത് അനിവാര്യം ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ 1992ിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന LPG മാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ഇന്ത്യൻ മാർക്കറ്റ് ലോകത്തിന്ന് തുറക്പെട്ടു, സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന principle പ്രാവർത്ഥികം അല്ലണ്ടായി. Remember that Tamil Nadu govt used to give free TV and Fridge to voters before election. Creating government job posts just to give free salaries to people is a different model of that same thing.

How government will pay salary? If economy is bad how government will get tax?

The government's main objective must be to create an environment that generates employment opportunities and not to directly provide a lot of employment. In case of Kerala, the government or rather political parties have failed in this regards and it's nice to look back and analyze what caused the flight of businesses from Kerala which in turn caused lack of employment. Problem with government employments is that it'll be highly inefficient. When you realize that you have job security many folks become lazy and corrupt. Plus, you must understand that it's the taxes generated by private sector that funds the government. When there's more mouths to feed by the government, it's the taxpayers money that's wasted which can otherwise used to many other purposes like infra development etc.

@@jj2000100 exactly. Government is referee not player. Government should give opportunity and support to create wealth. Government should invest in infrastructure and policies for business growth in state. Otherwise tax won't come magically.
