Capitol hill was the spot also...back in the 70's...lived down Malden Ave from volunteer park...great shops, restaurants, pool bars...and concerts at the paramount ❤
Disappointed that you didn't metion that Cap Hill is historically a gay neighborhood, VERY GAY. The Gay community is what built Capitol Hill. It seemed that you hesitated to say this at 5:25 and tried to sugar coat it by saying "Diversity" and "community feel".
Maybe next time, come prepared to actually speak about the neighborhood. You repeated yourself over and over again. I really learned nothing about the place.
