You're quite right about people doing that, usually. And alright, this one could have started about 1 min 30 later, and just went straight to the juicy bit. But she's far better than most. And she has none of the usual irritating sales pitch, usually lasting for half of the vid. And none of it featured the silly instructions to rewire the subconsciousness, calling it the "brain", to condition the self into being optimistic, rather than to be realistic. A big thumbs up from me.
Mam.. thank you.... thank you..... so muchh..... I've used this exercise during my exams and in between my exam also. This had helped me a lot in my exams to perform to my maximum extent. I'd be really grateful to you... Once again thank you so much mam.
+Tina Brown Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about how can i focus on the present try Vaxicorn Instant Focusing Guide(just google it ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got cool success with it.
Wow! really helpful... This to clear your mind out of every thing but what you wanna focus on... cause nobody can live one moment without any ideas coming in a mind!!! that cannot be!!! if you think you can, you will be thinking in clearing your mind... that also an idea...
In this book, I say do not think, clear your mind, because what is left is the mind of God, the mind of creation itself. If you allow the mind of God to become your mind, heaven will manifest in your life after you die or when enough people in the animal world we are now see the truth. page 72 of the Present. To clear one's mind...you need to know the complete truth of Life. Google *truth contest*
This makes sense to me. Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night and I cannot get back to sleep because my mind is literally all over the place and thinking of so many different things, I often have to remind myself to focus on my breathing. When I do that, I can't think of much else. Sometimes it doesn't work because I lose focus. It makes sense to me to hold the breath for a few seconds because it probably keeps your mind from wondering in between the inhale and exhale.
What to say....You're amazing mam,Cant just say that it works...It mind blowing...sorry CLEAR mind out of everything.....Fantastic mam....You're awesome
Ok, silly question. Do you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth or does it matter? Just wondering. Any information would be appreciated - Thanks!
tried this when some giant off-leash mutt attacked my dog and ripped a hole in his ear....i counted held my breath and exhaled all on the count of 8,8,8....boy of boy did that really helped me focus down the gun sights
Your comment to the negative people is a negative comment. How about not acting like a dictator and allowing everyone to post their opinions whether they are negative or positive?
i played along closing my eyes then like the after glow off the screen became clearer and clearer until i could see the page again amazingly wired but exciting
I have salute love your book success under stress. I work multiple jobs to finance my life and creativity. It was almost to a point where I felt like I was gonna die. I had no time and was becoming angry in the process. Your book has helped me to create a balance life. No more moving on the fly in the living room with little to no productivity
Lost Spirit lower your count, and take proper deep breaths, dizziness means you’re brain needs more oxygen...good luck, hope that helped, even if it’s 3 years later 😅
Dr Sharon, what does it mean when I inhale, hold, and as I start to exhale, I begin to feel like I am losing consciousness? Like starting to black out? I'm being serious- this is happening. I do have moderate emphysema. It feels like I need to lower my head so the intense light headedness will go away.
Looks like Dr.Sharon doesn't read her YT posts, bc if she did she'd have seen your Q & realized it was important to answer, ugh! I'm sorry Donna Morrow , I'm not a doctor but I'm relatively sure you shouldn't be experiencing that level of breathing difficulty given the degree of exertion required to perform this exercise. Two mths have passed since your post [question], so I really do hope that you have talked to your doctor about this already and they've been able to answer your question. Good luck to ya. -Peace
Thank you for this! I'm a paraplegic doing desk jobs all day, and this is the first actually useful method I found after 10-15 minutes of searching that doesn't suggest me to basically walk off my mental exhaustion ...
Thanks it helped me too. I realised that the counting was merely to hold your thoughts or attention static and whether the cycle was 3 or 20 seconds long was really irrelevant
