A quick recipe for potatoes with meat and vegetables! 

Potatoes stewed with meat and vegetables, a great idea for a delicious lunch or dinner!

For preparation you need: for 6 servings❗️
1 onion,
1 carrot,
700-800 g of pork meat (can be any meat),
Paprika 20 g
12-15 potatoes
1/2 red pepper,
2 bay leaves,
Salt, black pepper (optional)
Oil 50 ml,
Water 200 ml.
Cut 1 onion and 1 carrot into rings, and cut the pork into pieces.
In a heated pan (2 liters), add 50-70 ml of oil and add onions, carrots and meat, mix everything and add 70 ml of water and stew for 20-25 minutes, add 2 bay leaves, 20 grams of paprika, salt, cover with a lid!
Cut 12-15 potatoes into cubes and add to the meat, mix with salt and add water to the edge of the potatoes, stew for 25 minutes!
Cut half (1/2) of the pepper into cubes and add to the potatoes and stir, stew for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs to taste and enjoy delicious potatoes with meat and vegetables!👌
