Great video Marcus!! that is truly something people need to consider way more than they think, i've tried to explain this many times, and i get mad when i see them following the Matrix precisely without breaking any rule.... but i found out that the best way to describe it is by actually showing them :) and sometimes they follow :D
...and even if being judged - you'll be judged only by people you wouldn't care about anyway. And you will attract people you want to attract anyway :)
That's interesting. My exercising has become more like this. For instance, I placed a wooden jumping box in the middle of the gym and started to interact with it in different ways, being creative and experimental. It was fun! But also important for balance, stability, strength, mobility and thinking outside of the box...
it would have gone viral in daygame community mate ... they would call it the 'Marcus method' .. you would see loads of guys in supermarkets across the west end rolling down aisles in trolleys stopping girls doing their weekly grocery shop :)
