@@AndreaMRdz oh and I would also watch labor and delivery videos it was nerve racking but it's always good to watch and learn at the same time.. good luck with your baby. Keep in mind there will be days and nights that are really hard and seem like never ending but it's just a phase and it will get easier later on

Hi I’m currently breastfeeding my 2 month old and I drink a cup of coffee everyday! So far she hasn’t had any issues and neither did my 3 other kids but every baby is different and one cup won’t hurt ☺️

It hurts if you over do it on the caffeine..1 cup aday won't hurt rhe baby..I always have 1 cup of decaffeinated coffee in the mornings even when I wad pregnant but I only do 1 cup aday and not anymore than that...I'm currently breastfeeding my 4 month baby who is my third girl 😀

Nope I just use the Haakka when breastfeeding her but so far no pumping

Shes literally saying how amazing women can be to able to handle everything and still have a smile on their face even when they are going through so much, yes women back in the day had it much worse because they had no help at all and on top of it men were so machistas, yet our moms always made it work one way or another and If motherhood is still hard nowadays that we have more resources and help all around then I can’t even imagine how hard is must’ve been back then, mothers are the true superheroes in my eyes .
