That's in amazing condition, it was really kept protected! Wish I could have kept my first car, a '65 dart with a 273 hipo (which nobody today knows what that entailed). Oh well...

Some of us, worthy know brother, hopefully she's out there cruising still.. Mopar A Bodies Forever.. I daily a 68 Dart.. nothing this nice, she's restored to driver level.. 11 years since 318 swap.. everyday and everywhere

@@AtZero138 I have a dart "swinger" ('73) with a 318 sitting in the garage. Those engines are great workhorses. I also have one in an '85 4wd pickup. But that factory 273 hipo... It made HP at 8k RPM! I should have worked harder to find some way to hang onto that. I never see those coming up.

Respectable asking price, these A Bodies deserve, its a gem,, Cheers from Orange County California, True Daily Driver 68 Dart Grandma special,, twins , hers it still Slant6 mine 318 swapped, after the impossible happened, my Slant6 gave up the ghost..

The 6 sucked the 225 was easy to blow up. It throws a rod out right under the starter. Been there done that.

The 6 wasn’t fast, cool, nor exciting, but it definitely didn’t “suck” as you claim. It was a bullet-proof, bread-and-butter workhorse. If it “sucked,” Chrysler would not have used it in so many vehicles and industrial and marine applications from 1960 thru 1991.
