But I have been flipping my hair upside down to put it in my bonnet at night, like I did when it was longer, before I had 6 or so inches cut off. I've been putting styling products in my hair before I put on my bonnet at night too. It makes a huge difference! I often just need fluffing and some texturizing spray in the morning. I especially appreciated this video because putting the hair in the bonnet a certain way has changed how my hair comes out in the morning too.

I just went from below my shoulder length to a chin bob and I am loving it! Mel, you actually inspired me with your short hair. It is so much easier to style now. Girl, I know all about twirling your hair. I have twirled my hair for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it is so bad I tie it into knots.

Your hair is just pushing me closer to cutting my shoulder length hair even shorter every time I see it 🥰 I got the botanical repair shampoo, conditioner and overnight treatment a couple of weeks ago and am really loving them. I am so glad you showed the differences in wearing the bonnet. I recently got my hair cut. It’s not as short as yours, but maybe 2 -3 inches longer and I have struggled with putting my hair in my bonnet. Mine is more of a cap so I will get one like yours!! Thank you! Thank you!!

Mell you need to try bee girl curl custard by the doux it has been a game changer for me! Literally day 4 and I'm still getting compliments on my hair and zero touch ups! Warning a little goes a long way and the hold is very strong especially on day 1 but literally as the days go on the better your hair looks.

@manesbymell your hair looks amazing like this I’m tempted to cut mine but I have been growing it out ! I have my original Dyson Airwrap to my daughter because for a year I tried to perfect doing my hair with it and it failed me I have curly hair and frizzy when straight It took me an hour to do and it looked terrible. Now I’m debating getting this new version with the diffuser and larger brush even tho I have the supersonic and I love it for diffusing but not as much for straightening. Curious your opinion if I should buy the new curly version Airwrap. I’m sure there are lots of others in the same boat as me that tried the original styler and it didn’t work well on their curly hair texture. Can you please give your opinion if I should try it again ?

My curl pattern is more of a wave like Amanda’s but fine, low density type. I tried the Denman brush but it ruins the 2b texture. And I’ve yet to come up with a great refresh routine that revitalize my hair.

One of ur previous videos mentioned you didnt want to work out because ud ruin ur hair and i gotta say that has been me for yeeaarrs!!! I dont want to waste water on shwoers etc and now im like u know what i look so good when ive worked out/walked/done good for ME that i dont feel the need to do so much hair wise after. If i take 3 quick showers a day 🤷‍♀️ thats fine! I cut my hair just above my shoulders a few weeks ago. Couldnt resist. Felt good especially w all the damage. ❤ now im attempting to just brush it - sweaty or not - and let my brush bring those oils to my ends to protect them! Idk when ill wash it again. hopefully no time s soon.

Ok I have long hair. Almost to my butt. And really wavy hair 2c-3a but sometimes there so stretched there almost straight in the back. Just in the back of my head 🤦🏻‍♀️ so frustrating. How can I keep them from going flat? During sleep etc. I don’t understand why my sides stay so nice but my back is ruined by day 2.

I get migraines (even with preventative medication), and having anything that is too tight around my head is DEFINITELY a trigger for me. Any recommendations on a bonnet that won't contribute to this problem? I've been embracing my waves/curls for almost three years now, and I still haven't found a good sleep solution... I just sleep on a silk satin pillow case. (In my mind, silk satin is TOTALLY worth the money. Don't bother with synthetic satin.)

Hi & Hey: This is a sensitive subject...to me, today. What do I do if I don't have a diffuser? I am currently visiting Houston Texas. The climate changed, practically over night. I left my diffuser in my son's truck. He went to work in Louisiana (about 4 and 1/2 hrs. Away). I don't want to purchase another diffuser. I do have my blower. Does anyone have tips for a VERY easy routine for a person with depression? I have to say that my depression is very severe, I spent most days in bed and I only shower a few times a week... But my hair... I wash my hair maybe once every 3 weeks just because it's such a chore and bother. I do detangle it so the wash day isn't worse than doing it once a week.
