As the Pint X-V kits start landing in the hands of the public, we were quick to be at the front of that line! Both Tyler and Scotty already got them installed and these boards are ready to go!
Here we let our buddy Jacob Quast test it out a bit. Needless to say it was damn near impossible getting him to get off the Pint X-V. His should be arriving in the mail any day now!

This is amazing, I'm thinking about VESC-ing my pintx too. So how is the top speed on this beast? :)

So you’ll get pushback later. Think of Amps means more power. Volts means more top speed. This is an amps perk. Combined with vesc not limiting and forcing the board to pushback at early (stock) speeds. People push thru pushback and get 20+ mph on a stock pint x (not safe because you’re fighting pushback). I’m 160 pounds and can comfortably cruise at 19-20mph but I’m not pushing past 20. Tony (floatwheel) is putting out a 84v battery upgrade second quarter of 2025. That will unlock more obtainable speed. Can’t wait for that. I just want to be cruising 22-23 mph with plenty of overhead for safety. 84v will give that.

@@RIDE-o-REBELLION-o-FLOATCAST this sounds great and all, but one thing that concerns me with getting all this extra power from just using a different controller is battery degradation. do you happen to know if doing this degrades the battery or not? (all batteries degrade but I just wonder if it makes it worse). also do you still have the same range or have that taken a hit?
