That was an enjoyable warmup! It is also great for when the ground itself is unwelcoming, regardless of whether I enjoy moving around on the floor.

I have an it band and tfl injury. I couldn't get on the floor due to the pain and started physical therapy. Then you put this WONDERFUL video out. I've been doing it twice a day for the last five days. This morning was the first morning I didn't wake up in pain. THANK YOU!!!!!! I'm going to finish physical therapy, but I know it was because of your video.
