I discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago, and you make how hard a truck driver works, look easy !! My dad was a Army truck driver in WW II and then again in civilian life ! His ONLY luxury was a crappy dash mounted fan that blew hot air in your face !! He would be amazed at what a gourmet cook your are !!
You must be real sneaky with getting footage at shippers especially when signing paperwork, they usually flip out if they see a camera in the office. I like your work!
Hey Alex, You're a phenomenal truck driver who definitely has what it takes to be a truck driver...you got perfect driving skills and also great people skills in relating well with others on all your deliveries that you do, and lastly you're a hard worker. Hope ya had a blast making treks ⛷thru all the powder on the ski hills in Tahoe, and enjoyed your time there! I very much enjoy your videos and wish you well on all your journeys and hope ya stay safe on them crazy highways out there.
Hey Alex just found your channel tonight, and I gotta say I love your content, you seem like an awesome person in so many ways! I’ve been going through a rut in life but your videos have given me a bit of peace about everything. Keep on trucking man🚛
Alex nino I want to become a trucker some day myself I have nothing but respect for you truckers and it is just such a honor to be watching your videos so cool I wish many blessings to you and your family
As always good video, my husband has the same problem at times when having to find a new routine because of an accident or something else. Can become challenging at time's. Thanks for the video love seeing your wife and kids too you too make a cute family. We have 3 of our own too mines a bit older than yours though. Thank's for sharing the food ideas as well that always helps for us mother's 😊
Bro you gotta get a couple cams mounted to the back and top of the trailer so we can get views when backing up and just views from the top while driving . It be pretty awesome
I’m so happy to see u can do a lot with a cdl I watch you and just think dam that will be me sooner than latter hopefully I can get a chill driver during my ride alongs 😅
I live at el dorado hills !! Lake Tahoe like 1 hour away from us idk if you went through our town to go up there but yeah man is pretty nice up there and I’m glad you had good time with your family!
This year for me as an OTR driver has been weird too my first load of the year was double booked so I lost a NY to Cali run. Then trying to go home I didn't have a load so I lost all the money I made on my loads to get home. But on a good note my sister got married and my son was born so eveything is worth it.
New subscriber Alex.. love your video. Keep trucking.. your videos are soo entertaining be watching them all. Don’t want to be a trucker. There. There just entertaining to watch. California girl here. Just looking out. In ur coming around my area central coast 805 area lol
I've never been in snow. Personally I'm in noo rush. Being from the Bahamas where it's always warm I know it would just be torture. I was in NC in 50° and that was my limit 😂. I was layered
question from a non trucker,,,, if cars can have back up cameras why cant trailers have cameras to eliminate your blind side and help you back into docks, and just add the hook up wire to the plug you already need to attach to your rig anyway when you hook up
I had two dreams as a child, one become a EMT, and the other was to be an otr trucker. Well being a woman, i achieved one of those goals and became a EMT. I love it, the only thing on bucket list, is to be able to drive a rig 18wheeler, but i suck at stick shifts, and dont plan on getting a CDL because im a proud EMT, but i hope one day i can get the chance to drive a manual 18 wheeler i love big trucks, and the diesel sound. Which our ambulances have the diesel sound, but still want to drive a rig lol without a trailer. Like us EMT'S, truckers, keep the world moving.
Huge probs driving all day everyday I sure couldn’t do it I drive regular one ton pickup more then I do our big rigs and still get paid the same hourly rate I do a lot of manual Labor but at times hauling tanker loads
Bro, I envy you man. Gorgeous wife, cool kids, solid career. I have 2 of the 3, I don’t have the cool kids. You are a blessed man! I love these videos Alex, so cool to follow you on your day to day. Keep it up my man!! Stay safe out there bro!
Hey, Alex, I have a question. Do you do regional or dedicated, and did you start as local as a first-time truck driver? The reason I ask because I want to start new job and try out a truck driving, I'm a carpet guy doing it for 10 or 11 years installing carpet new houses only and I have back and knees problem and I have small family.
The more i see these videos the more i wanna get my cdl. I feel stuck with my DOT, can't really do much since UPS is almost never hiring. Fedex overall sucks, Amazon totally sucks etc. I need a career not just a job that actually pays well.
Alex, if your a good guy who does right by your family as I believe you to be all of the above then those not so good minutes, days, weeks, or even months that Suck! Will turn to Great for just as long if not longer. Have no worries because this too shall pass.
