It is my guess that the actor Ashton Kutcher did the commercial bit because his wife Mila Kunis does the voice of Meg, the daughter in the show.

You mean who, kids? They won't, they fully depend on the will of their parents. No social institution is in charge, nobody cares. So poor kids do what they are told to. Sad but true.
