Hi Sophie, You are so beautiful and your voice is so soothing. Everytime I watch you I feel so relaxed, I could sleep instantly. But then I continue and watch the entire video because it's so worth it. And like you I have spent the last 6-7 years out of my ordinary old life. I have been living and traveling across the United States and Canada. I am originally from India. And just like you said these years of my life have been so transformative for me as well. I wish one day I am in Maui and I happen to meet you out of nowhere. That will be so awesome.

Thanks for sharing. I learned a bit more about butterflies which, I love. Loved seeing the whales as well. I am really envious that you get to hang out in tank tops and shorts while, I am dealing with snow and to me rather cold temperatures of barely getting above freezing. Next time I will just have to come visit you from December to March. Lol. Take care.

I have always been intrigued by the process of metamorphoses that the caterpillar undergoes to become a butterfly and to what extent choice would of played in it if it could. Would the caterpillar choose the comfort of life on the leaf, not having to venture to far in its security or to be able to soar transversing the planet in utter freedom. How many of us have chosen comfort over adventure judging it to risky? Life is short and meant to be lived! 😎🐛🦋

I have already done my Meditation,Yoga and went for a short walk at a Desert park,favorite of mine..had a Delicious lunch there.The sun was warm with the perfect cool breeze, and now home, watching your Video.I will end up the day with my Online Bar class( check her out Fitbycoachkel) today a Ballet inspire class.I Best tour today, I love the Butterfly Farm and all that intells,in our minds.When I was in Costa Rica I visited a Hummingbird farm,that was MAGICAL 🕊 My sister Favorite Fruit is " GUANABANA" I saw yourself getting one, they are yum yum.I enjoy so much the Wales shots, that is such a TREAT thank you for taking me alone.It was nice being with You today!
