When you’re gone I will miss those times you made me laugh so hard I peed my pants or maybe it was just my weak bladder 😂😂😂 Seriously though watching your show always brought a smile to my heart. You will be missed. Salute 🫡

Trevor Noah just needs to go back to wherever he came from. He has no right to talk about anything that's going wrong in America until he raises his hand and pledges to be a citizen here.

I know how you feel, at first I thought he was just expressing his appreciation for the last 7 years and then when I heard him say he was moving on I was shocked. Like many people I had no idea who Trevor Noah was when they selected him to succeed John Stewart on The Daily Show. But over these years I have come to really value and cherish and just totally enjoy his unique commentary and comedy and interviews with amazing people. I'm an old white Irish American guy in my 60s and Trevor Noah has someone who is inspired me and given a unique perspective on the events in this country and around the world!

Like when a child says I love you so much and you ask how much and they respond to the moon and back as a way to show how deep because to them the moon is so far away that it has to mean a lot. Trevor Noah hosted the show for seven years within those seven years all of these things transpired within her life, so it was as if Trevor Noah saw her through all these monumental moments in her life. I thought that was profoundly uplifting and deep the way she did that.

He's one of the smartest brightest most decent and funniest humans on the planet right now!

This is exactly why representation matters. Kids seeing people who look like them really allows them to visualize themselves being successful. When Marvel announced there would be a Black/Latino Spiderman there was a lot of pushback. Fast forward a decade and Miles Morales is one of Marvel's most popular characters.

When Jon left, I felt like somebody who had a part in helping a piece of me grow up left the stage. In my mind this is a testament to their profoundness - not on a topical level, necessarily, but in terms of them feeling true (and maybe righteous) in their passion for many topics they worked on. It's never been purely for entertainment for me, even though it naturally was. Wouldn't want to miss an episode that I've watched. :)

I grew up on Jon Stewart and got married to a Kikuyu. Trevor Noah has been amazing, but yes. I can see the difference between where he was and where he is. Soul is drained, but I love the work that he has done.

I hear you, at first I thought he was just acknowledging his appreciation for 7 years on The Daily Show, but when Trevor basically announced that he's leaving at first I didn't realize that's what he said. I had to watch it again and then after a few minutes I realized how much he is meant to me since taking over The Daily Show from Jon Stewart. Trevor Noah is one of the smartest brightest most intelligent and insightful comedians on the planet, and actually to call him the comedian is too limiting. Trevor is truly an artist and poet philosopher with unique insights and perspective on the insanity that we experience every day in this country and around the world. He will be greatly missed 😥

Trevor Noah has been a bright light in the darkness of the last 6 plus years in this country and around the world, especially during the pandemic. He's an amazingly talented young man and I'm sure he has many many opportunities waiting for him
