Olympic training Camp: Episode 7
The Final Day of filming commences in Turkey with some incredibly fast swims!
Adam, Luke and Anna strike the morning with a fast paced kick infused speed and resistance set. Involving 'The Rack' weight work and testing the limits of the bungee chord.
Luke then flew home before travelling to Flag staff in Arizona, USA for altitude training. Whilst Adam and Anna went straight to the gym for a second hit of circuits for Adam and a helping of upper body strength sets for Anna.
The Final session involved a nice easy 3.2km A1 recovery for Adam. Whilst Anna and Mel worked through a Race simulation set. Plenty of technical and timing work in the books. So they finished in true sprinters paradise and just swam fast!
