You were my art teacher from 1973-1977. Always admired your work. Nice to see your still going strong. I suffered a stroke and would love to get back to my art now that I'm retired and live upstate NY.
Really appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to share your space and your beautiful work.I had the pleasure of meeting you not long ago at the New York student artist league and since then have met quite a few people how had you as an art instructor. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and was pleasantly surprised when I saw some of you work in Todd Casey's new book ,Oil painters color handbook but wasn't surprised when he mentioned you were also his teacher. Thanks again and be safe.
Hi Max, Brought back wonderful memories (once I got over the shock of taking the bus in from New Jersey and the Port Authority!) of the wonderful workshop I took with you in that very studio. Loved that space and the light. Many times I have wished for that light... Glad you are well and persevering in these mad times. (I was Albert Slark’s student)
Thank you for doing this video of your studio, Max. I'm grateful for all of your workshops I have been able to attend, including the one last year in your wonderful studio. I can't wait to take another workshop with you again!
