The model for this home is the “Woodside" This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,100 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Since the prices of mobile/manufactured homes are constantly increasing, I’m glad they have started to design these homes like actual ranch styles homes on the exterior. I couldn’t see myself paying over $250k-$300k for a mobile home exterior that looks like the mobile home style built in the 80s 90s.

If you can build a home.. you can do it way cheaper than what they want these days... give me a bedroom kitchen bathroom im good. I spend most my hours at work. I dont need luxuries i need necessities... whats wrong with these younger folks... its all luxury... you dont need 60% of the crap these days... i just want a nice clean home nothing fancy.. id like to take care of my kids instead of paying all my salary for a home im never at....

@@user-uq1kk4mh2n idk. If I can build something similar to this add a master suite off the living area be perfect. With the prices of single wides these days be cheaper to build this. Kids get older and out of house id live in a 1 room cabin lol

I love this plan.. HOWEVER. It’s truly lacking so much storage. No pantry. No coat closets on either entry. No linen closet either.

This is a good sized home but it's lacking extra storage for linens, coats, etc. It also should have a pantry. Love that it has good sized bedrooms and zero wire racks though! Always look forward to these tours!

This one is really nice...the surprise 3rd bathroom and 4th bedroom was cool. Showed the video to hubby and he said that with a washing machine in the laundry room, some of the cabinets would be unusable. I hadn't noticed that.

Kitchen cabinets are nice look more high-end. Like the laundry room. Nice closets in bedrooms and good size rooms. Nice size primary. Love the wooden shelves. Beautiful tub. I had a claw tub many years ago. Beautiful home Thank you for the tour.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, tray ceiling in the living area, how the colors of the cupboards are different in the kitchen area, the shelves throughout, the curves in each of the secondary bedrooms, back splash in the kitchen area, tile in the shower, and especially that tub in the master bathroom. Love this place a lot. Love, love, love.❤❤❤❤❤ I especially love how the faucet sets on the wooden box like.

LOVE that shower!!! Thats my style of shower!!! Not too big, not too small.........just right. Love that theres a window in the toilet room. As nice as a lot of these homes are super nice, they are particualarly designed for BIG families.

Like the countertops in bathrooms, Yes this house needs pantry,there is only cabinet in master bath for towels/ linen. No coat closet. I'd like a den/TV room. It's a great home.

I really like this style of homes, the exterior is very attractive as well as the inside. They missed the mark with no pantry and could use a couple extra closets. I would eliminate the tub in the master bath and use the space for extra storage. I would love to see more of these kinds of homes

You mean the city of Laurel where the Napier's who do that wonderful Home Town remodeling show is? I love everything about this house. That the windows go down low to the floor so my dogs can see out. Claw foot tub is nice for a soaker. That's my favorite backsplash in the kitchen also that natural stone. Plenty of cabinet space also. Thanks for sharing this video.

This is one of my favorites and I love the bedroom sizes. I'm not a fan of the fake wood beams and would prefer another tray ceiling in the master. Love the cabinets, backsplash and flooring choices too. And those fixed windows in the master bath are beautiful.

Hi Chance, I love watching your videos! I really like this house. I love the vents being overhead. Most are on the floor, and depending on your setup, you may not be able to really feel it. Also, like the look of the cabinets. They appear to be of good quality. A lot of homes don't offer quality anymore

In that laundry room pantry area if there wasn't a back door there it could have more options. They could put the backdoor out the dinning room. I like the door out the laundry room for a mudroom if you're in the country/farm

I like the corner closets, the heater vents on the ceiling aiming down, the bathroom by the front door, and the single basins in the bathroom because in my family we only have one person in the bathroom at a time so two sinks are not needed.

I wouldn't be able to tell if I'm standing in the kitchen,the living room, or the dining room, if it weren't for the furniture .😊 Definitely an open floor plan! I do LOVE the laundry room. I also love the corner closets and the two windows in the secondary bed rooms. Shower is very nice , just needs a bench. Are you going to give us sticker shock now?😅 300.00 ish isn't bad for all that. Thanks for another great tour...

Thanks, Chance, for the tour. I realize from watching these are only models and can be specked out by a buyer-however this one in particular as displayed seemed to have 'wasted' space in the front/kitchen area -think it's that oversized island with the large chairs, it cramps the dining table space and to me the interior colors seemed dark-gloomy almost. Other than that, the size is nice if you have a large brewed your trying house. NO thank you, that tub may be cool to a couple in their 30's at my age 59 I see a medical emergency lol.

It's a great home. but I would like to know where the attic access is, and the only thing I would really want to change is the shower. My preference for any shower is lots of room, a shower head in the ceiling, and a sitting area/bench with is own shower head/shower wand combo.

Love the house, haven't heard the price yet (I stopped the video) but it's missing a Pantry and a Coat closet! I'd put French doors where the Dining Room windows are, but at least the back door is close to the kitchen so I can barbeque out back!

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a fireplace and a walk in pantry, I'd would also give this home the cabin feel, and not only that but I'd also would buy a camper and have my camping gear in the camper and also have the camping gear in the home, @ least the kitchen area and give it the camping 🏕 feel, even when I'm not camping.
