This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “King" This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! My 1st thought when you walked in the door was that space there to the left, that would be the perfect prayer corner! I like to keep my devotional and Bible and prayer journal laid out on the table so that I don’t have a reason to procrastinate in the morning. And right now, they lay out in my kitchen table. One of these days I’d like to have a dedicated space!! ❤

CHANCE! That area where you walk in the house and on the left you asked what could go there, you can actually get stairs put in there to an upstairs and they will give you the entire upstairs unfinished!!!! We are buying it that way! But if you don't want an upstairs, it would be a great place for a piano!

We are building a shed and bought this to assist us Does not include any type of blueprints but very helpful to remind you about permits, different ways of doing the foundation or roof ru-vid.comUgkxcLVQopTIucrxiVRQA0khLGQEnDVKCSMG and why they need to be that way, it also includes "pro tips" and lots of pictures and videos Very informative! I also bought it used for 3.18 plus shipping and in "good" condition. It had a little dent on the cover but that was it. Glad I bought it!

That walk-in tub explains a lot. The extra spaces throughout the home are to accommodate wheelchair/other things needed for handicap individual.

This is a fabulous home with plenty of room for sure. That master closet with the coffee bar and vanity area is probably every woman's dream! Plenty of room for clothes for a couple. That might be one of the biggest master closets to date! I think it was bigger than my room! 😂

Oh wow! The exterior of this home is impressive. And then in the intro of the inside, the first thing you she, is that beautiful fireplace! That gets my attention! I like the kitchen , and the utility. Needs a pantry! The room with a back door could be a den! This would be a good home for a young family.

Hi Chance! Been watching your videos for several months! They have been very helpful in the search for a new house on our property. That being said, thanks for doing a video of my new home! LOL We closed on The King at Pratt homes in December. After all the videos I've watched of yours, it really was weird to see you doing my new home! I've read most of the comments because my husband and I were wondering what to do with that space after the foyer. Reading nook and/or bar were my first thoughts. The lack of a walk-in pantry was disappointing but the diva closet made up for it! That and the fact that my husband will have his own closet and that huge diva closet will be my "zen" space! The square footage on this house is 2550, but that is because you were correct about the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms being bigger than what the floorplan shows. It was originally built for a person in a wheelchair but unfortunately they passed away before the house could be delivered. Thier caretaker had the bedroom with the added door. I also didn't like there was no room for a separate freezer but as my husband and I will soon be empty nesters, it's not that big of a deal. Also, I really did want a big soaker tub, but I'm getting up in age and that walk in tub was a big selling point. Also, just for anyone interested, that big porch out front is only for show and does not come with the house unless paid extra for. As much as we liked it, it would not work well with where our storm shelter is.

Beautiful entrance, great foyer with that bench and coat closet. So glad to see a laundry with cabinets and a sink! Great closet space. The room with the outside door would make an excellent office space. This was an excellent choice, Chance!

I'd never leave the master bedroom it's totally a woman's dream. You didn't show room measurements. I find that having the dimensions of the rooms very important. Overall this house is wonderful. You're the best.

Chance?? This house 🏠🏡 is very modern!! It has a certain kind of vibe to it!! The description of all the rooms are huge roomy cozy and inviting, The Kitchen you can just see yourself in there and cooking 🍳🔪 a great meal!! The Laundry Room is great and well made. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are just like WOW. The whole concept of this home 🏠🏡 is completely different!! You can do a lot with the square ⬛⬜ feet. Add anything that you want. I am always waiting for my husband! Now I have started telling him that we need to leave 15 minutes earlier and even that doesn't help. I hate being late for appointments! I love that tub. It is for more than getting into the tub. I have trouble getting up off the floor, so I can't use the tub since I can't get up from it. I would love to try one of those tubs.

This is a very nice home. I am not much for white, I like warmer colors, but I noted that you can choose woods, colors, patterns, etc. I wish I could have found something like this when I was younger. My husband and I are retired now. We bought a property with a home on it, but the home is not 100%. I worry about what we will be able to do in the future. I am not sure if I would like a walk-in tub or not. I always liked the idea of the big tub with perhaps a sauna in it. I like the rest of the master bath. Also, the room that is off the master bedroom, that is great! I like having a sewing area and desk area. My husband likes a desk as well. That room is perfect! Also, with a view!

LOL when you got to the laundry room and started saying "Alexa do the laundry" my Alexa woke up to let me know she didn't have the capability to do it but she could give me some great tips. The house was beautiful but to me had some missed opportunities. I would make that area near the entry a formal dining area. And the space between the master bedroom and that ridiculous closet was very missed to me. That "closet" with the TV and easy chair was ummmmmm not thought out at all. Big room containing one single row of hangable closet space and a vanity. That room either needed to be set up as a sitting room. Or as a closet. It did not function well as both. I would have put the vanity either in the bathroom, or where the coffee station was in the main bedroom. Take out the vanity in that not so bonus room and make that into a second closet. That way that room could function fully as a sitting area. The rest of the house however, was beautiful.

@@lanternlite75 lol no worries, it was funny. She has also dialed 911 once when i was watching a movie and one of the main characters was named Alexa. The guy goes "Alexa diall 911 we have an officer down!" I thought I'd stopped her in time but shortly after there is a knock on my door. So I calmly explained as I found the place in the movie that caused the call. I'm glad the cops had a really good sense of humor.

Omg this is perfect for me! I love the colours, the bath! Oh wow I disabled and I have a shower over the bath with a seat, but this is wonderful and there's a removable shower head in the shower. The only thing I'd change would be a window in the half bath and a patio door in the dining area with a nice deck out the back, then I'm ready to move in! 😂 Have a great day everyone and good morning from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Love the entrance, nice sized coat closet. Cozy living room & fireplace. Beautiful kitchen! Master sized closet in the guest bedroom. The master suite left me speechless, the desks and bonus closet that's more like a tv room. Gorgeous master bath. This one is a winner! 🥰❤

GORGEOUS, still missing a large pantry and a place for an upright freezer but I’d figure it out if for no other reason than the Main bedroom/bathroom/sitting room. I’d get comfy lol. Probably take the smallest extra bedroom and use it for pantry, freezer and shelves for all my bakeware and cooking extra I only use at the holidays

Liked this home a great deal … but as usual no place for a stand up freezer. I alway look for that and seldom find an option. Would probably have to have an extra bedroom to use as place for freezer and use as utility closet which means no overnight guests at all. Otherwise a very lovely home!

To be a "King" model, I would put the dining in that space across from the living room. Take the current dining area and make a pantry/closet and an office from the space. 2nd bath, change out the cabinent, get one with drawers for use, maybe maybe get smaller tub. In the main bath, I would take out the walk in tub and put in cabinets for linens and towels.

At the space by the entrance, I would put two small desks we live throughout our house. This is the perfect space if you need to work from home, wait for a contractor for a couple of hours, find a contract electronically before the deadline, or fit in a quick game of Solitaire.

I was looking to buy a deer valley home but they never return phone calls so we will not be buying one of their homes even though they are one of the best homes out there. I will not wait for her, Chance if she is not ready she will stay home.

Super nice! Enough space to put room dividers between the living room and kitchen, like bookshelves or art work hanging from the ceiling. Ceiling vents, YES! I'd have Frech Doors behind the dining area though, not windows, like in the main bedroom. I love French Doors. And I've been waiting FOREVER for someone to finally, FINALLY put a stand up tub in one of these homes!!! WOOHOO!!! I LOVE IT! The main problem I see with most of these home manufacturers, is that they are severely limited in their color choices. I love dark colors, and I'm not talking about shades of black and grey. I'm talking about burgandies, forest greens, indigos, burnt oranges, mustard yellows.........I'd like to know who much business they lose by not offering a WIDE RANGE of colors.

I love this house. It's perfect. Thank you for sharing. In that empty space in the living room I would make a little reading nook with a bookshelf full of books, a relaxing chair and a table with a lamp. Nice cozy space. Do you ever go out to Oregon to show homes there? I would love to see some.

The only thing I would change is a small window in the one bathroom. Instead of windows next to the dining room would be French doors. Instead of the makeup table in the closet, I would put more shelves.

Instead of the living room, turn the couches around and place a ginormous TV on the wall over the bookcase. Then get a couple of huge, comfy leather chairs to go in front of the fireplace to have a beautiful reading area that you could install a couple of barrister’s cabinets for the books. Nice ❤

The stone on the fireplace would look good outside too. I agree on the wasted space, a butler pantry sounds great. Dinning needs cabinets and bureau on that wall. Love love the walk-in tub though. Why do the tubs look short? Office too or a design diy room. NOT! Ladies closet. I think I prefer the lighted mirrors. Great work Chance!

If I’m looking at this right, this might have my dream pantry and dream master closet!!! Can’t wait to see! Well darn, I was wrong. lol. It was just the laundry room. Good size laundry space though. But I’m Wanting a homesteading kitchen and pantry!

Really liked this! The bedroom with the outside door would make a great guest room. The master closet would be big enough for a dresser island. That front area would be a nice for a built in cabinet/desk area to stash mail and close up.
