I think if they just advertised the version that was actually sent out people would still be happy and buy it. It’s just the fact that they literally didn’t advertise the final product that caused the issue
Agreed. Either advertise what you're selling, or sell what you're advertising. They already had the merchandise ready to ship when the orders went live. Using the correct photos should've been the easiest thing to change when updating the site.
I don't understand all the negativity around this popcorn bucket. I will agree the original pictures looked of a higher quality than what you would expect for $20. So when we got an item that feels more like $20, people are losing their minds. What gets me mad was the sold out loungefly bag. That was the real reason I even went to the site.
What hasbro says to me. Return the item and we might give you a paper check, yet people got to keep their items and get a refund. I don't get it lol. Just my luck tho
