I craved seeing you have the first bite of chicken kadai. 'KADAI' by the way is a hindi word which means a bowl shaped frying pan. And that Alfonso's favorite dessert gulab jamun is my favorite as well. It's my go to dish at odd times & I always have it in my fridge.... well most of th time. I'm not exactly sure about the rice dessert that you had but if I'm not wrong, it was 'KHEER' as it is called here in India. Great video though.

If you ever visit Lucknow (North India) especially, don't forget to try to authentic Mughlai 'Tunday Kebabi' that serves 2 Mutton kebabs that will melt in your mouth which you eat along with Shahi Parantha or Sheermal (A Type of Bread that is from India) . Tunday Kebabi has been the face of Lucknow city's famous place.

The black seeds are black mustard seeds... Yellow seeds are also available.. Black seeds are generally used in the South Indian dishes.. And I am from West Bengal.. So the rice pudding is called payesh in our state and it is one of the most liked desserts in our state... And I love watching ur videos

The Indian way of eating is very perfect using hands but there are few etiquettes to be followed. While eating roti or Nan, take small piece and grab the sabziin it, so you can put the whole morsal in your mouth in one go, then chew it to feel full taste. while you take large piece of roti or Nan , you can't put in your mouth as whole, dropping of food from your mouth looks bad when you are eating with other.
