I had anxiety issues and several other struggles. As I watched only one guided meditation of this channel, I subscribed to it. Since then, it has been my daily routine to watch 1 session per day and meditate accordingly. Some days, I go for 2 or three. Thank you so much for all the goodness you have created in me❤️❤️❤️
