Sister in implementation for fall fracture if morphine and paracetamol By IV are given at 8:00 ( once only meds) and my due time is 14:00 and patient is still complaining pain , do I need to administer paracetamol 1gm tab and oral morphine solution from the as required meds ? Can I give both at 14:00 ?
