OSCE is Simple, Nurses are Brilliant By God's grace I also killed OSCE in 1st Attempt. Your videos gave me so much understanding to the whole concept of OSCE from APIE, through procedures to EBP and PV. The most exciting part was I had GCS and despite the tension this very video kept on reflecting in my mind and my confident was built. After the procedure I overhead the accessor and the instructor saying she is very interesting. Thank you so much and may God richly bless you. You're such a blessing and inspiration to me.
you're son is sooo nice to participate in your videos ❤️ btw ur such an energy and i learned a lot with this video.. i like how spontaneous you are when interacting with ur patient.
thanks so much for this video. please ive never seen assessment for the homeless. please if you could id be very happy. may God bless you for all you do. thanks
Thank you so much Violet. You're doing amazing. Patient pain of 7 is very high for you to overlook and continue with your assessment. I suggest you verbalize to your assessor that because my patient is in severe pain, I have to hold on with the assessment, crosscheck from his drug administration chart to see if he is due for any pain medication, I'll administer the medication to reduce the pain before I proceed with my assessment. If patient is not due for any pain medication per his drug administration chart, I will escalate to his doctor for a pain medication to be prescribed before I proceed with my assessment. Thank you.
I have done the right thing as required by NMC , I will advice you to follow your marking criteria, u are timed for the exams ,I have asked the patient to do deep breathing exercises and reposition, and will escalate to the doctors, this is the best you can do in assessment.
Hello thanks alot of your videos.. its beneficial.. I'm looking for good centre in London to practice OSCE and I'm an international nurse, would you recommend one ???

Hi.. I'm a new overseas nurse..working in Wales. My trust already booked osce date. It's on 31st October. My kuwait Pcc is active until January But my Indian pcc will expire on October 30th. As per my trust, as Osce is already booked with ur valid pcc. No need to worry abt that. But my friends are telling that, you must have active Pcc for getting NMC pin. Do I have to make pcc again ? Can you plz clear my doubts.
Thanks for all your doing sis. Pls if one gets a live actor and you do a set of observation, which values should you put in your NEWS, GCS etc chart? Is it the one you got or the one in your scenario? Also in planning, the space for Nursing intervention cannot accommodate self care, where do we write self care? Or are we allowed to ask for extra answer sheet? Pls, is it right to dispose syringe without needle in sharp containers? Pls help my exam is in 5days.
I agree, same thing I was saying resist means to push against the pressure of your hand, also if the limb falls downward it means the patient 's limb is weak so they would score lower or on the lower side
Please Nurse Violet, if the patient has BP -111/57 SPo2 - 94 HR- 65 RESP - 17 Pearl - 4+ GCS - 4/4/6 ARM - Normal Legs- Mild weakness What will be the GCS Score. Can it still be 14 out of 15?
Hi Violet, thanks so much for the videos they are very helpful. Does it matter the order we do pulse, respiration and BP? can I do pulse/ respirations before I do BP?
