Hi Violet, you said I think video that PHQ9 is for patients in the community setting and they do not have a wrist ban. Am currently training for the NCLEX and we are asked to check for wrist ban for assessment of a PHQ9
Hi sister violet, just a questions,while we are doing the phq 9 do we need to ask all the questions from the phq 9 questioner or just total the score and let them know the score and recommed accordingly.

Hi Violet, please can you clarify how to document drug not administered? Do I just code only or code and sign on the drug. Though I know I will still fill the not administered section at the back giving details for not administering. Please clarify 🙏
During the assessment in new OSCE, will we really assess from A-E? Or are we just going to take the basic set of obs like the NEWS2 and GCS? Or if with depression, NEWS2 and PHQ-9?
