Hello Sir I had bought a second hand scooty from a dealer on 23 Oct 2020 at Rs 50000 and he also took Rs 2200 from me for transfer. And he told me that the scooty will be transferred in 15 days but today it has been 1 year, my scooty has not been transferred yet. And whenever I call him, he keeps on lying that it will happen in a few days, every time he says the same thing. Kya me legally kuch kr sakta hun kya
No school or college is enough to teach about laws or taxation of india because it's a pure shit..insaan pagal ho zaega lekin drama smzh nii aaega uske
A much needed video for homemakers like me, lacking financial literacyfor whom it's difficult to get in touch with relevant people to gain such awareness. Thanks a ton. 🙏🏼☺️
After your Section 44ADA suggestions I feel like I'm saved, I'm an Architect and we outsource Interior and Architecture services to US. Thanks again for the video!
I haven't watched your video yet, and I am already impressed by the thumbnail. Thanks for the information you are sharing, that information is priceless, we are directly getting benefits of your knowledge and experience without reading or studying those things. thanks
Rishab Sir The way you give these simple and basic knowledge for free is really beneficial to anyone who even thinks about starting a business. As we know already a true businessman always things about the profits and taxation has always been a hindrance to even thinking about starting the business. I'm really grateful to you and your team to bring out such video and providing actual and legal facts. Please 🙏, if you can, keep the basic videos free for all so that already those small and medium businesses could really understand the taxation so that the existing businesses wouldn't get close due to losses and new business don't get demotivated by looking at the tax laws. Also the govt will recieve the much needed tax. Win-win situation. You are in a away contributing to development of the country. Keep doing the best(as you are already doing) 👍 And creating such great content
Sir, 15:06 part of the video is mixed up as in the value of 6% is of online payment and 8% for cash. In the example you have changed 6 to 8 & the same for Cash- 8% to 6% For the calculations purpose. Kindly mention it as the non- tax background will be confused And thanks for the wonder knowledge, Kindly don’t take me wrong, i just felt mentioning you the mistake
Understand concepts very easily and most error The interruptions that come our way are also found in your videos. thank you so much for productive videos🤗
I believe this knowledge is worth a lot. And should be taught in earlier ages ,and should be mandatory in schools and colleges . Finance is really important part of business/Job.
This was a nice episode. I have started being a freelancer and since I came to know about tax before even my salary was beyond 5 lakh I was always intimated about how will I face it when the real time comes and I earn more. Thanks for the info.
Sir life savior ho aap....I am a medical student...lekin Financials me mera bahut interest hai...aur apki videos mere questions ka pin point answer hotin hain...
The Best Educational Indian Channel on RU-vid. LLA has covered so many topics which everyone should be aware of yet only a handful of people know about it. I wish we had this channel when we were growing up so we could have been more financially aware and financially sound today. But Better Late than Never. Keep up the good work Team LLA 👍
Sir Kbhi Kbhi Aapki Bate Ratko Some nhi deti , nind me bhi Numbers hi gumte h , thank you so much sir aap ye information itni aasan language me explain kr rhe h . Salute h sir .
The thing is you look happy while making videos, that makes viewers also happy, and offcourse even more happier with all your valuable knowledge shared in videos
Thanks a lot for the awesome video. Just got confused about 1 thing. At 10:37 44ADA was introduced as a means to show 15L as expenses even though the total expenses were 10L. But at 16:39 it's mentioned that the IT department can later charge the person for tax avoidance on 5L? Then what is the point of 44ADA?
The only point of Sec. 44AD is to rid small businesses and professionals of the need to maintain books of accounts, for them to pay tax on a pre determined rate....in other words, to make the whole process simpler.
this video is full of wisdom, learnt lot of things. it will be now complete if we can have a video on filling income tax for freelancer/professionals as many of us dont know how and where and when to file income tax
Your contents are very useful & you are covering almost day-to-day scenarios. Also, the presentation and examples are very helpful. Thanks. All the very best for your journey.
Thanks for always coming out with interesting and informative content. Just a request, can you please explain more about Advance tax liability and it's implications on salaried employee and how to calculate it in advance.
Sir you are the best There is failure of our education system that there is not even one chapter to how to file ITR Rather than pushing other junk in our children's mind
Amazing Video LLA team!! Just one observation that i made at 14:54 I think you have mistakenly put the wrong calculation here, 6% on 1 Crore should be for online and 8% on 10 L should be for cash.
Bhai this video is very useful to me you people are doing such a great 👍👍👍👍 work .my all doubts are clear only after watching ur videos. We want more this 🎥🎥 on this chapter
Great video and awesome explanation. I just loved the way how so subtly u guys put the 'ghnta' sound while speaking about how merciful our government is, 🤣
I'm so glad to have discovered your channel ! The content of this video was super useful - thanks !! If it's not too much to ask , can you make a small video of how to achieve zero tax for professionals / professional income using the normal way and the presumptive taxation way (like u made for salaried professional) ? Also would love to see content for female tax payers - if there are any female schemes that are good for deductions as well as benefit the individual / female business ! Thanks again !!
You seem to be very nice guy. Do keep on explaining every single information without making any cut short for I am your recent subscriber & hv gained alot however I compare things from other related videos too. Thanks alot.

Hi, it is a very nice video you have posted, well explained! 1. Can you please provide more details on GST Exemption on Export of services outside of India (13:33 - 14:10). In this case whether GST registration is required or not? 2. I am a Software professional, working individually from home at a rented premises. I do not have commercial place to get the GST registration and my landlord would not allow me to use his house for the same as he has given it for residence purpose. How can I register for GST number in this case? Thanks!
This is such an amazing video, I have been learning about these things since more than a year now and it took so much time and mistakes to understand all this but you have summed it all up in 22 minutes. Looking forward to more lessons!
Hi LLW! Am an avid follower of your videos and like the way you explain facts in simple terms. Want to ask you a question.. Is there difference in taxation between selling property to an individual vs selling property to a company? And is there any legal implications of selling property to a company?
Want to highlight one point which was missed under ITR-4 presumptive taxation under section 44AD/ADA, if you opt for this taxation you need to file ITR under same for next 5 consecutive years. Though you can opt out from presumptive taxation at any point if you wish to file losses or declare less profit but then cannot opt in presumptive taxation for next 5 years.
I appreciate that point bhai. Just one doubt, what if my annual income exceeds 50 lakhs cap within those years then can I opt out of 44ada taxation or not??
Great video LLA, Sir, as a student i would like to ask do business owners pay tax at the end of financial year(15 march) or they pay tax monthly and where do they pay taxes. Another doubt is that do one have to pay taxes on capital gains or the tax get deducted automatically after cashing thos stocks?
SO USEFUL VIDEO ... I AM A PROFESSIONAL DAY TRADER IN STOCK MARKET ... PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ON ITR FILLING PROCESS OF A DAY TRADER PRIFESSION ... IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. THANK YOU
Thanks, LLA community, for explaining such a complicated aspect easily so people like me who are not from commerce backgrounds can easily understand it. :) Can you elaborate on the part where you mentioned not to opt for presumptive when you don't have more expenses? Like me, I am a software consultant, working from home and solely working. So technically, I don't have expenses of nearby to 50%. So should I not opt for presumptive(44ADA)? What things should I consider if I am opting for? Thanks in advance!!!
In this case if you don't go with presumptive taxation under section 44ADA, then you will incur more tax...isn't it? Are you having GST registration and do you pay GST or income tax or both?
I am an IT professional and just wanted to know that if we take 44ADA, then will we be able to claim the deductions and losses that we generally do under 80C in the old regime on the our net taxable income.
