Actually CA's are making fool to small bussiness owners in India as a lack of literacy even too small bussiness partnership firms having turnover of 5 lakh they are forced to file Audit and CA's are getting 12000-15000 Audit fees and accounting fees additional. Sir, I haven't understood why you mentioned double taxation in Private Limited. If all Directors take salary from company, on salary they will tax @ individual tax slab but company will show this as expense & on balance profit tax will be capped at 25%. Please confirm if I am missing anything
So, One GST officers visited my home today to issue GST# for our business, I wasn’t at home, they asked for 2000 INR as bribe, my father called our CA, got advised to give him 500 INR, officer didn’t convinced and took 1500 INR.
