Love that you shared your setup. Just the other day I was admiring how crisp and deliberate your videos look and sound (aside from the perfect guitar execution). Thank you for showing how good you can make things look without filming on a soundstage at Universal! Fantastic stuff, Tom, I'm a huge fan.
Awesome setup. I love the black screens and lighting and the way it makes your videos look. They have a warm and cozy feeling and it makes it easy to focus on the subject. It always detracts from the video when I see other content creators who make otherwise good content, but the framing is bad, or the lighting, or the background is messy etc. I like the level of professionalism you bring to your stuff.
Hi Tom, great insight into how you get things looking/sounding so professional. Thank you for sharing your stuff dude very cool of you.. Also I’m pretty new to your channel so don’t know if you got a EVH - Mean Streets lesson? Mark from South Wales (UK) 😊
Dude. can I ask you about that Mikro? I have one and it refuses to stay in tune. I have changed the nut to a graphteq, new grover tuners, intonated, new strings, etc. It still refuses to stay in tune. How is yours, and do you have any suggestions?
Cool video, Tom. We definitely need a Far Beyond the Sun video and what else would be cool is showing us how you get your amplitude up and running. When I’m plugged into it I get this really high pitch feedback sound that I can’t get rid of. I’ve checked the audio setting already for my Mac and the app itself.
Hey just caught your channel, it's awesome, do you do any ZZ TOP stuff, the sound he creates just blows me away, thanks I'm also into Frank Marino, Pat Travers, and Robin Trower, thanks again your awesome
Did you call it your “5150 Strat?” It isn’t a Strat. The original is a Kramer. The originals body is a Pacer. Those that don’t know any better say it was a Barretta. Either way, it isn’t a Strat. To be fair, THAT one obviously isn’t a Kramer either….. I’ve confused myself. Carry on….
Wow man, wish I could have found this sooner • better late than never. I’m a 56 yr old beginner & enjoying the guitar is my goal. Always love guitar music & your style is familiar to me (😉(not that I can play like that) & I appreciate you sharing that with us all. Thanks 🙏🏼
