For us Tall People (I'm 6'6") it's nice that the Fridge is raised up, so you don't have to bend down to see what's in there and pushed to the very back. I wish more trailers did that. I really dislike the ones with a small fridge under the counter that look like a dishwasher.
Have the Gladiator Rubicon and the E-Pro 15TB and we love the combination . We also have a Class C . We had the same thoughts as you when deciding to purchase the 15TB. We are planning on lithium in the spring. We have 2 regular batteries right now and find ourselves being conservative if we are in an area where we can't use our yamaha inverter.. I think you guys will really enjoy the set-up.....Looks Great!!!
I am SO glad I found this video. We are looking at the 15tb and this video is very well done. Do you stay NASKW? I will be pulling with a Jeep JLU so I have to stay super light. I am sure the JT you have pulls it with no problem. Looking forward to more 15tb videos. Have a great one.
That wall over the top of the sink/stove would be a great place for a Big Map to show all the places you've been with Stickers, or the Trailer Parks you really Liked and Disliked. Or even just highlight all the roads you've been on.
Be really careful with those top cupboard doors, making sure you don't pull down on them when they're open or it will stretch the top hinge. In fact it's already showing a bit of wear when you closed the cupboards at 8:20. Watch it and you'll see how the doors have to move UP a bit to close. That just shows you're pulling down on them when they're open, so be careful!!!
I think the size will work for me. I will be making some videos in a couple of weeks, we are traveling in our Beyond right now. I will post a video after we use it some and give our thoughts.
Did you custom cut/build the surface area in the middle to enable you to sleep left to right? I'd like to see a video of that if you've made one. I'm running into the same issue regarding sleeping. I've set it up as one large bed as well as twins. I'm finding that in either of these 'modes' I'm still lacking in the very basic creature comforts of having comfortable sleeping space as well as a sitting area! At the moment having a bit of buyer's remorse because of it!
Hi Laura. We removed the legs from table/bed filler board to make it easier to handle when “building “ the bed each day.. We never intended to use the table as a table. We also felt the lack of a comfortable seating area In the 15TB. We’re at the age where ergonomic supportive seating is a must for us. We traded it after the first trip for a 19FBS although we swore we’d never have a slide( just concerned about the chance of a slide failure). The couch in it is okay but not perfect. My wife has a little chair that she sets up in the extra space provided by the slide. Perhaps some customizing is the answer for the 15TB, maybe a custom shorter board for the bed (sleep sideways) which could leave room for a chair? But then that may raise an issue with the cushions fitting. We hope we were of some help with your question.
I like the Keyless Entry feature, so you can go swimming and not have to carry the keys around with you. And don't worry about the ladder on the back only taking 250 lbs, as I'm sure your wife could get up there easy! The only thing I dislike is how the spare tire is underneith. If you have a flat, it will go down closer to the ground. Once again, I'm sure your wife would fit under there to disconnecty the spare tire! LOL
The keyless lock is really great! I don’t have to carry my keys which is really handy at my house. It would be nice if there was a rear bumper with a spare tire mount.
I’ll never understand the use of an outside shower when you have an inside shower. Just put that same door in to access the inside shower from the outside
Not sure what your question is. But in Georgia, this is registered like a car or truck. It has a title. You pay a sales tax on it when you buy it. You get a license plate and pay the tag fee every year for it, just like a car.
They do offer a lithium pack on three different models of Geo Pro and E-Pro. It’s about an $8,000 dollar option that includes three solar panels, a bigger inverter and a large lithium battery.
It just didn’t work for us, but it’s a great camper. It towed really good behind our Jeep Gladiator, I really liked that. But getting in and out of the bathroom was tough on me, if it wasn’t for my injuries it would have been good. We really like the Geo Pro line and bought a 19FBS, an easy to walk in bathroom and dedicated seating.
We haven't camped in the Geo yet, but our beyond has a 15 gallon gray and a 12 gallon black tank. We usually do sponge baths which saves water and tank usage. We usually go between 5 and 8 days before needing to dump our tanks.
I don’t know 🤷♂️ about this camping idea 💡 Maybe 🤔 you could get your money 💰 back and buy a Magic 🪄 Kingdom vacation club membership that way you will be safe in a nice 😊 Disney Resort!
We use our camper to stay on military base campgrounds. I feel pretty safe when camping there, plus it’s a lot cheaper. We can stay on the navy base campground in Key West for right at $30 a night.
