Yo peeps, As requested here is a tour of West Ham garage. Please let me know what other videos you'd like to see bus related and otherwise. I appreciate your support. Happy watching
Thanks for doing this video. I cant believe this place is being torn down. It only seems like 5 minutes ago it was built! I used to work at Lea Interchange when that was first built. Its a huge yard, so it should be able to take all the buses ok!
You're welcome! Ikr but from what I hear the garage is being rented from TfL and it's too costly for Stagecoach to keep and the contract is up because TfL want to redevelop the site.
@@RennoHundred ahh that makes sense. I do remember now that it was a TFL building and not a Stagecoach one. I bet the land is worth a fortune lol. Happy memories of doing one of the many Olympic duties in 2012, and having to drive from First’s Dagenham depot to West Ham. Sit in the canteen for 3 hours as a spare, then drive back to Dagenham. Easiest £250 I ever made 😂
Great video Renno, I loved every second of that video by how you showed us all the insides and the outs of the garage. But the one thing I’m surprised about is the BK E400s that Stagecoach’s Subsidiary of the company, City sightseeing London acquired for looks in my opinion a bit odd seeing them there. Probably a few more of the diesel e400s Stagecoach have will probably end up there too to replace the older vehicles that currently work for city sightseeing london. And furthermore I am disappointed and sad West Ham will be shutting down, this has been Stagecoach London on both sides of the river’s headquarters since the major work was carried out there in 2009. It’s a garage that has served the public well for the last over 10 years that I will truly miss it when that dies soon. A great video all around Renno dude and I can’t wait to see what you have got next to upload.
I wa s going to complete, my training with stagecoach but the man there was telling me that I can-t do any money-making activities online which is part of their contract and that I must dedicate myself to stagecoach, so I said on your bike sir,Nice tour by the way and it is a nice garage.
Yes!!! how can in this day and age they have such a policy ?! You shouldn't have said anything and just do what you do on the side, that's what people do. Glad you like it🙂
I’d love to drive them, but I live in the West Midlands, and done my training on the buses in the West Midlands. Is that garage near the old West Ham ground, Upon Park ?
I am surprised that the open-top sightseeing buses aren't really kept in doors when not in use, as all you are going to get on the top deck is wet, damp smelly seats.
those e200s that stagecoach have were once on the 366 and they are horrible they were always slow and one of them (36284) has this horrendous rattle that the driver would have to drive really slow for it to not rattle im glad theyve left
Hi I just happened to see your videos and I am really interested to see it. By the way are you Jamaican or from a Jamaican family. Wishing you all the best . Watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲.
Does this mean that there will be a lot of movement between routes and where they are allocated? Also isn’t Lea Interchange listed as a separate company but branded as Stagecoach?
Damn, that’s really interesting. Do you know if the current Lea Interchange buses in the Tower Transit livery and spec with the green poles and grey seats etc. will be refurbished as Stagecoach interior? Thanks for taking the time to respond.
@@MattioAccardi I'm not sure if they will change it. They've added the Stagecoach logo on the livery , just like the CT plus buses but I'm not sure about the interior.
I work for Stagecoach in Scotland. We’ve got some Ex London Scania Omnideckers from West Ham depot, rear door removed and repainted into corporate livery. No one likes them 😂 they’re horrible and been plagued with issues. I had one last week on a 3.5 hour Express run into Edinburgh. Horrible things.
I know they're plagued with issues😂 everyday one brakes down. I'm surprised they've taken them up to Scotland now. They are fast though aren't they? But in terms of comfort , they aren't at all.
@@RennoHundred they’re not bad speed wise around town, shit on the motorway, worse on the Forth Bridge with a slight wind 😂 we’ve had a few ex London motors over the years and these are best of the bunch. Ironically, I’m actually on one today on a town circular service it’s horrendous rain and the windscreen leaks 😂🤷🏼♂️
@@JBFlytography do you find that on the motorway at high speeds the bus actually sways with the wind. Like you have to hold the steering wheel tight to control the bus? Oh nice! There's been a couple guys come down from Scotland at West Ham. I must say you guys are wayyyy more friendly than some of the London drivers
