We've all had those games where you know the team is throwing and a defeat is inevitable or most likely. Some people suicide. Some people rant. Some people suicide after ranting....
While it's easy to say (but hard to do), sometimes it's best to just play in a way to let your team continue doing whatever nonsense they are doing while positioning in a way to maximise your damage output.
PS: Sorry for the lack of uploads (I usually target one upload a week) but life has been busy and challenging so... yeah... real life comes first. Cheers all!

Hey brioS, glad to see a person talk about how solo QP is a dump when your team YOLOS their mechs away and complains about assault snipers sitting in the back when the player who is salty threw their mech away. I enjoyed my sniper assaults because of how much denial on the map I could do and how I could always be shooting and what you said is true. "If your not shooting, your doing nothing" is a quote I went by. Keep up the content.- D E C A Y

Maybe it's me but I observe this suicide-by-enemy team a lot nowadays. I enjoy trading but very often, before I know it, it's like 0-3 down. Very frustrating. I do hope the playerbase learns not to rush forward and die dumbly and that's why I mentioned this in that in this vid - BrioS

@@ClanBRxV Yeah that was how my teams were, trick is to establish a good early game trade spot to get early ct damage then get into a normal power position and continue farming the other team. Yeah, the player base learning to not rush forward would be nice, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Best advice as I can give while not being able to play anymore is to always anticipate your team rushing forwards and the enemy team's movement so you can always have lines (LOS) on them to help your pepegas win.

Remember that match..... didn't notice our Stone Rhino, so caught his salvo with my paper back armor while peeking over the hill. But that guy was really polite in the aftermath, so I also was quite okay with just watching 😂

Happens a lot nowadays. In a way, I can't fault them too much for being cautious due to the high alphas flying around but players don't adapt and just hide/run instead of trading better or positioning better 🤦‍♂️- BrioS

These matches happen a lot these days. Mostly every match I was in was like that yesterday evening. There were only a few exceptions. Yeah, you just have to do your best.

Yup, barring making calls, that's all we can do. I don't like calling all the time actually as I just want to chill at times. Calling also brings out the stupid in people like a HPG match I just had where I called out an enemy push into the open (easy farm!) but one salty dude said I talked too much and he knows what to do. All while joining the team in chasing one assassin into a corner of the map and dying with the team as they got surrounded and squashed. Apparently it's all my calls that was the problem 🤭 - BrioS

@@ClanBRxV I've quit trying to give advice due to salt. People playing bad builds didn't want to hear such things. I've noticed at least half the team underperforms usually during matches. The player base has degraded since the game has gone into maintenance. You just have to play for yourself.

@@johnmoore8599 In a way, that's true. It is sometimes said that "skill has left the game" as most of the top tier players like Pr0t0N have stopped playing and the current "good" players are no way close to these. That being said, I still try to have fun and one of the reasons I stream and have this YT is the hopes that people at least improve a bit and/or be aware of what real skill really is. Not exactly from me (as I'm no way near the level of top tier players. I have no illusions that I am) but from me pointing out stuff they might not realise - BrioS
