a very chill day in the life 

hope you guys enjoyed today's video! I'm going to be doing a lot more vlog/general life videos in future too - as I really enjoy it 😌

A few things I forgot to mention:
Creon (pancreatic enzymes) - I did not make this clear enough, having CF we take creon EVERY time we eat!! It's such a habit I forgot to film every time I took them - but every time I have a meal, a snack, I take creon. As said in the video it depends what I'm eating to determine how many I take - but on average I take about 30 a day
Uni work - I picked a day where I only had one lecture, hence why I had the time to film this & do a multitude of o so exciting odd jobs
This video was v much a mix of general life + CF, so I didn't explain every medication in mountains of detail or it would have been 2 hrs long phaha
But very much open to doing specifically a video about physio, tablets, etc - let me know if you'd be interested in that!
