Golf instruction. Rhythm and timing. Balance and speed. The golf swing simplified. Club head speed through rhythm timing and balance. Your practice swing becomes your golf swing and hitting the ball becomes more effortless.
I recently found my swing by swooshing back and forth. I swooshed until the club head swooshed where the ball should be. It just clicked after years of arm swinging, trying to “kill the ball”. This confirms it, thank you.
I am going to make another video on this technique as it has worked very well for me as well. It’ll probably be for new golfers on “How To Find Your Natural Swing” type video. You may also want to tune into Dr. Kwon on RU-vid to see many folks using this valuable tool. Ben Hogan started something way back when. Thank you.
looking at vids of the old golfers from the 30's 40's and 50's they all had lovely loose rhythmical swings, nothing about positions it was all beautiful tempo, look at Snead, almost seems to be dancing. However hitting 000's of balls a week helped !
I tried this and hit my irons great, best ball striking in very long time. thanks. But I struggled with my driver. I shot a +2, it could have been better if I was able to drive better.
Hey Ray, thank you for watching. Are you familiar with Dr. Kwon Golf? I feel he’s using the message that Hogan was giving and he’s taken it to a new level. Some of the results from his students seem remarkable.
Swing the handle yes, grip problem feeling after conctact with ball my left hand relaxes, right hand takes over and produces a hook follow through. Can't find out why this happens, not all the time but will scupper my round.
First check your divot. If it’s pointing left of the target it could mean your leg drive is weak or has stopped before impact and your right hand takes over. If your left hand is collapsing or cupping under at impact perhaps your grip is too weak. (Don’t know if that’s what you mean by relaxed) or Make sure your weight is clearing your left side. Are you also falling off balance? That could mean your not pivoting correctly to move towards the target. Hope there’s an answer in there somewhere for you.
Lost a finger on my left hand at work some time ago.ring finger and it loosens my left hand sometimes on the downswing.I feel the right hand take over.
Look at a face on of any quality golfer at the point in the downswing where the hands are directly above the ball. The clubshaft will still be parallel to the ground and the wrists fully set. The right palm is facing out. 99% of golfers don't do it because the urge to hit the ball ruins the entire swing attempt when you set up to the ball. Actually before you even get to the golf course.
@@TheForgottenGolfer don't look at the ball. The hit urge kills the swing. The relaxation you mentioned never occurs at all if your focus is hit the ball......swing the club. I look at my hands and grip rotating with my torso during the downswing. Never the ball. Wasn't easy to learn but it works.....b Jones called it the fuzzy ball....for me I can't even look at it. Nice channel ya got. Thanks.
