My childhood was made awesome by a boy who never had one. I feel heartbroken whenever I think that harry spent all his birthdays alone and he would've imagined how it would've been different if his parents were still around. The way he drew that birthday cake and waited till midnight to wish himself, I have been there and trust me it feels awful. Harry potter was an epic movie and is close to my heart.

I cried at this. I cried at Harry's firsts in the Wizarding World. I cried because he was emotionally abused at Privet Drive and was finally living a life with friends and people who actually cared for him. I was too emotional for this franchise. Thanks JK Rowling.

FACT: The book states that the cake was was a large, circular sticky chocolate cake with chocolate frosting with "Happy Birthday Harry" written on it in green icing. The film also depicted the cake as circular and also having a greeting written in green icing just like the book although the flavour is not mentioned, has pink frosting and the greeting was spelled as "Happee Birthdae Harry". It is implied, however, that the cake''s flavour is chocolate, frosted in strawberry, hence the pink frosting.
