Back when Moto Pizza owner Lee Kindell ran a hostel, he always thought he'd maybe retire and start a pizza restaurant. But when COVID hit and forced him to shut down his hostel, he realized maybe his retirement would come sooner rather than later. Just a couple years later, he runs Seattle's hottest restaurant, selling pizza in multiple locations including T-Mobile park during Mariner games. We spent a little time with Lee talking about his success and how is using technology to help him scale.
