Only Lauren I majorly disagree. So people socially perceived as beautiful can’t have careers in sharing knowledge on life and spirit? I didn’t realize the way that someone looks defines how their brain works or where they were born. Hitomi has so much knowledge in her and anyone watching her speak, regardless of how she looked, could see that.

Lysm Hitomi, I'm 16 years old and I don't feel as though I have any real friends in my life at the moment nor that I really belong (I've felt like this for a long time). I think that if I were to have some real friends and a sense of belonging I'd feel so much more fulfilled but hopefully I'll find that soon and I can gain closure from some of my inner conflict and suffering. Thank you so much for giving me this hope, you are an inspiration to me and I aspire to cultivate your positive attitude to the ups and downs of life. You never fail to make my day that little bit brighter!

Mary Mitchell yea it’s the same for me. I’m also 16 almost 17 and I don’t have any friends. Most are just acquaintances. I don’t go outside with anyone and do fun stuff. It’s mostly because of this false rumor going around and it’s been affecting my studies and life In general. This Tuesday I really contemplated about suicide and skipped school. I’m just really lonely and I think it’ll be this way for a long time. I really wish there was a painless death besides of old age.

I'm an Indian girl from India. I had a Guru teach me yoga when I was 15y-17yrs. I move to USA when I was 17 yrs and yoga was just not the same anymore. At times I try to have an open-mind and accept versions of it. But I feel like my whole body is so tense that I don't enjoy the experience. The projection stuff is a little ridiculous. I wish more Indians would teach it but most Indians that moved here... are here for their particular skill which gives them a visa(math and science people). Or the kids born here(who are "Indian") don't know enough of their culture to embrace it and spread it.

Alina Danilchenko thank you so much! Initially, when my acne was really bad I would get professional extractions by a dermatologist. Now I consistently wash my face morning and night, I sometimes use epiduo forte which was prescribed by my derm, I moisturize once or twice a day, I eat relatively heavy not too much oil and Honestly I’ve been loving myself so much. I think the main reason I was breaking out last year was because I was SO depressed & confused when falling in love. I was binge eating and indulging life ending thoughts within my mind. After my yoga teacher training in Bali a lot of the symptoms of depression were healed and my relationship to myself became consistently full of love. Then along with caring for it, it stopped breaking out. I’ve been healing scars with aloe Vera or rosehip oil basically every day :)

I'll change my username when I think of a good one. Hi! I always do this with strangers in my neighbourhood / on the streets. Normally with people on the street you can tell who you can tell compliments to and who would be creeps about it (especially compliments coming from a girl). I recommend to just start with children (telling them their sneakers or clothes or hair style is really cool) and the elderly. Then you’ll feel more comfortable with people your age / adults. Hope this helps! ❤️✨ I’ve never faced a bad response or rejection, but if I ever did (from a small compliment!) I would know that it’s coming from a place within them, and didn’t have anything to do with me. Some people are just not content within themselves and project with others, and there’s nothing to take personally 🤷🏽‍♀️

I watched one of your videos where you said you were in an open relationship. When I fell in love with my partner that was the first thing I expressed. He was completely open. It made me fall in love and more receptive to his energy. We both have not done anything with anyone else even though we are in an open relationship. You said it beautifully that you are just not restricting any energy. It made our relationship even more loving and trusting. Also it removed a lot of toxic energy from our relationship. Like jealousy and just trust issues. All I want for my other half is for them to be happy. I’m happy you are happy and living your best life! Your videos are so helpful!

love your content it’s so uplifting. talking about how much you love our fellow humans made me think of myself in that i’m not so much of a people person and perhaps that’s because i feel a lot of people have ill intentions or have strayed away from their morals. i think my attitude towards others needs to change or else i’ll attract negative people and behaviors even though i’ve established good energy around me after dropping old friends. thanks for reminding me that i need to keep a lighthearted and thankful heart for those who do do wonderful things for this world and our planet because it’s so true and deserving of recognition. that alone makes me smile so thanks for that sense of hope :,) def need to meditate more and make room for myself to just think and accept myself and what i want to do for this world rather than what i want to do for me or others. i think that’s the best way to find purpose with the exception of doing what makes you happy of course! watched this while eating fries and tots so wish me luck 😩💜

I can't explain this but I will try to. I am so glad that I have come back to watching your videos. I remember when I first started watching them I was very in tune with myself and my soul as well as my intentions with others, and you were always an inspiration to me to continue on that journey. I experienced many harsh things and in the process I lost touch with what matters to me and I suppose that influenced my intentions and I stopped watching your videos, I just lost sight of myself and what truly inspires me. Now that I am letting go of the security blanket I can now call past trauma baggage and releasing myself from it, from the shame, and from the guilt, I think I am able to listen, truly deeply listen with my heart, and I just sort of found you again. Anyways, I just want to say that I am so inspired and so grateful that you stay true to yourself and you remain who you are and are so open and in touch with reality. Just thank you so much
