I’m having the same acne! It ended up being diagnosed as hormonal (might be true for you if you’ve ever experienced better acne on birth control and the acne is concentrated on neck/jawline). I got prescribed spironolactone which has been a game changer!! Best of luck

I went to my doc for acne issues and had the same story! He said women can kinda go through a “second puberty” with their hormones around 30 years old. I was 27 when I had this issue. So it’s probably that if it’s happening out of nowhere!!

I’m 99% sure that every Starbucks location has Trenta sizes and from my experience, they are only available for cold drinks so you can’t get a hot tea or hot coffee in that size

I was having the worst acne around my mouth and chin for months and could not figure out what was happening. I ended up switching my laundry detergent and my acne started to go away! Now it's completely gone. So it may be something as simple as your skin not agreeing with something.

So it usually flip flops. People that never had problem skin will have problems when they’re older and people that had skin problems growing up will usually have a more clear face when they get older. It was that way for my mom and I! (However when I was younger I DEF didn’t take care of my skin like I should’ve 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Soooo about the skin. Do you have the Merano? Or IUD? After about a year of having that I got the same like cystic acne and went to the dermatologist. He saw I had Merana and knew immediately that’s what it was. He gave me a wash and cream and it helped big time but as soon as I got it out it got better. Also a low dose birth control pill always actually helped my skin. I’m now in mid 40’s mom of 3 and am on no BC. Good luck. I know the pain of that. It’s not fun
